Narutowicza 41 Apartments Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to Narutowicza 41 Apartments on Prezydenta Gabriela Narutowicza street, you immediately get the sense that this place knows what it’s doing. It’s one of those four-star properties that doesn’t try too hard — just solid, well-thought-out accommodations in the heart of Łódź‘s Śródmieście district. The building itself has that understated Polish elegance, and honestly, the location alone makes you feel like you’ve made a smart choice.

Location That Actually Matters

Here’s the thing about staying in Śródmieście — you’re basically in the cultural and business center of Łódź, which means everything you actually want to see is within walking distance. I mean, couples are rating this location 9.9 out of 10, and that’s not just because it sounds good on paper. You can stroll to Piotrkowska Street (Europe’s longest pedestrian street) in minutes, grab coffee at local cafés, or duck into the numerous galleries and shops that make this neighborhood so appealing. The tram connections are excellent too, so even if you want to venture further out, you’re not stuck.

The Apartment Experience

What I really appreciate about this place is that each apartment feels like someone actually lives there — not like a sterile hotel room. The spaces are thoughtfully designed with proper living areas, and you get that sense of having your own temporary home base in the city. The kitchen setups are particularly well done, which is honestly a game-changer when you want to grab some local ingredients from the nearby markets and cook something up. You know what’s nice? Having the space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped.

Practical Comforts

The staff here seem to understand that travelers want efficiency without the fuss. Check-in is straightforward, and they’re genuinely helpful with local recommendations — not just the touristy stuff, but places where locals actually go. The building is well-maintained, and you can tell they pay attention to the details that matter, like reliable Wi-Fi and proper heating (which, trust me, you’ll appreciate during Polish winters). There’s also decent parking availability, which anyone who’s tried to navigate Łódź by car will tell you is no small thing.

Why Guests Love It

Look, this isn’t the flashiest place you’ll ever stay, but it delivers on what most travelers actually need — a comfortable, well-located base that doesn’t break the bank or waste your time with unnecessary complications. The 8.3 rating reflects exactly that: solid, reliable accommodation that lets you focus on exploring Łódź rather than dealing with hotel issues. Recent guests consistently praise the location (9.4 rating), and after staying here, you’ll understand why. It’s the kind of place you’d book again without hesitation, especially if you’re planning to spend your days out in the city rather than lounging around the property.

Reviews of Narutowicza 41 Apartments

  • Very Good – Kiełpiński from Poland – July 25, 2025 (8/10)

Miejsce w samym centrum, wszędzie blisko itd

What could be improved: Jedyny minus to brak parkingu, oraz przydałby się stolik lub mała ława kawowa ,a tak wszystko w najlepszym porządku.

  • Exceptional – Alper from United Kingdom – July 9, 2025 (10/10)

Convenient location walking distance to the station, value for money, the flat itself was clean

  • Exceptional – Maria from Poland – December 8, 2024 (10/10)

Very comfortable stay – I much appreciate the memory foam materace which saved my back pain after the medical procedure.
Super clean, lovely staff – The cleaning service is top.
Eexcellent location, everything you might need for a short stay, I much recommend!

What could be improved: The only tiny improvement I could think of would be providing some equipment that travelers may find useful but don't want to bulk buy like salt/ scissors/ shampoo etc. but that would be an extra bonus, it's already great. 🙂

  • Wonderful – Dzmitry from Belarus – February 15, 2024 (9/10)

Great appartment setting, very cozy, clean and comfortable

  • Everything is great except the towels and bed linen which smells damp. – Anastasiia from Ukraine – October 8, 2023 (9/10)

Good location of the apartment, close to where I needed to get to. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, as well as two separate beds, so there was plenty of space for two people. There are places to eat nearby, and there is also a grocery store near the house.

What could be improved: Towels and bed linen smells damp.

  • Generally ok – Pavlinka from North Macedonia – June 14, 2023 (7/10)

Perfect location. Room not so quiet

What could be improved: The smell of washing machine. They put everything inside together

  • Very good value, needs a few improvements though. – Heidi from Canada – October 19, 2022 (7/10)

Good value for price charged. Renovated small apartment. High ceilings. Mini fridge and stovetop. WIFI was great! Fast! In the beginning it didn’t work but as soon as I contacted the host they quickly responded with the solution (a quick reset of modem, normal thing, happens at my own place too). Contactless check in though it was a little confusing to find the correct apartment building in the beginning. Some street parking but it is paid. Only once there were no spots available, usually you can find a spot. Loved that on weekends street parking was free. Zabka convenience store right underneath the building was amazing for buying snacks, drinks and food.

What could be improved: The smell from the shower drain in the bathroom was horrible. With the first shower we took, the shower pan overflowed with water and wouldn’t drain properly. Lots of other peoples hair stuck in the drain. We had to buy a drain cleaning product to clean the clogging. We bought Ajax and air freshener to weaken the smell during our stay but still had that lingering drain smell. Not enough toilet paper for our long stay. We had to buy more. The bed was not comfortable, the mattress is very thin, you can feel the bed frame below through the mattress. I would say the space is good for a couple, too tight for more. We had a total of 3 adult family members and it was too small for a long stay.

  • Nice place – Ilona from Ireland – September 16, 2022 (8/10)

Great apartment with all equipment that’s needed.
Very smooth communication regarding access and good central location.

What could be improved: Just the bed was bit uncomfortable.

  • It was terrible – Sümeyye from Turkey – September 8, 2022 (1/10)

The location of the apartment was good.

What could be improved: The information to enter the apartment was not enough. The host has sent me a message about booking in the Polish language. It was not English, also the information is deficient, there is no the first door code number in it. The wifi did not work and when I called the host, she did not solve the problem. We were 3 people and there is a double bed and a sofa. The duvet for the sofa smelled bad, so we lied double bed 3 people. Shortly, I did not advise this apartment.

  • Wonderful – Iryna from Ukraine – August 31, 2022 (9/10)

Apartment with everything you need for comfortable stay. There’s an individual mini-kitchen with a lot of dishes to cook, tee and coffee were a pleasant addition. Microwave, washing machine and iron are located on the corridor, but you can use them if you need.

What could be improved: on the first day of our stay there was a heap of garbage near the building’s entrance door, but it was removed the next morning
