Plus, it dies down pretty well at night.

Here’s what I loved most – you’re walking distance from Piotrkowska Street, which anyone who’s been to Łódź knows is where the action is. But you’re not right on top of it, so you don’t deal with the weekend crowds stumbling around at 2 AM. The location is sort of perfect for exploring the city’s whole textile history thing (if you’re into that) since you’re close to the old factory district that’s been converted into all these cool cultural spaces. Parking was… well, it’s city center parking, so you know what you’re getting into. I ended up finding spots on side streets pretty easily, though I visited in early spring when things weren’t too crazy. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – none of that “we’ll send you seventeen emails with codes and instructions” nonsense some places put you through.

You know what really sealed it for me? The attention to small stuff that actually matters when you’re staying somewhere for more than one night. Good water pressure, reliable wifi that doesn’t cut out every twenty minutes, and – this might sound weird – but the bed was actually comfortable, not just “hotel comfortable.” Sometimes these apartment rentals can be hit or miss with basics like that. The whole place felt clean without that overwhelming bleach smell some accommodations have. For a 3-star place, it honestly feels like it’s punching above its weight class, which probably explains that high rating. If you’re planning to explore Łódź properly and want somewhere that feels more like a temporary home than just a place to crash, this spot really delivers on that front.

  Parking na ogrodzonej posesji w cenie. Mieszkanie ma wszystko, czego potrzeba, jest nowocześnie i przyjemnie urządzone, utrzymane w czystości, wysokie stropy dodają przestrzeni. Pościel świeża, łóżko w sypialni wygodne, kuchnia wyposażona w pełni. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra – blisko ul. Piotrkowskiej i ścisłego centrum Łodzi.

  Very new accomodation,however until we reached the entrance door,we weren’t sure.The hallway is in a horrible condition,or let’s say,authentic 🙂 The flat is equipped with everything,cozy place.Parking,after entering through a gate with code, in the yard is safe.
  
  What could be improved: It would be a nice touch to have possibility to make coffee in the kitchen.We couldn’t use the electric stove for mokka.

  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko zwłaszcza do ul. Piotrkowskiej. Pomimo lokalizacji w centrum cicha okolica pozwala na wypoczynek. Mieszkanie przestronne, wygodne duże łóżko, nowczesna łazienka. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne do przygotowania posiłków. Dużym atutem, zwłaszcza dla osób podróżujących samochodem jest miejsce parkingowe na terenie zamkniętym. Polecam osobom chcącym zwiedzić miasto i spędzić tutaj miło czas.
