  Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, było w nim wszystko co potrzeba. Podczas mroźnych dni było bardzo ciepło, za co duży plus. Lokalizacja mi odpowiadała, tramwaj 2 minuty od wyjścia z bloku. Nie było słychać sąsiadów. Jest również balkon, z którego można korzystać. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie.
