Here’s the thing about the location that took me a while to figure out: yes, you’re about a 15-minute walk from the main tourist stuff around Piotrkowska Street, but you’re also in this genuinely Polish neighborhood where you can grab groceries at the local Żabka, watch old guys play chess in the courtyard across the street, and actually hear what the city sounds like when it’s not trying to entertain visitors. The free parking (which, let’s be honest, is why it’s right there in the name) is legitimately free and actually available – I’ve stayed places where “free parking” means “good luck finding a spot within three blocks.” The tram connections are solid too; you can get pretty much anywhere in the city without much hassle, though honestly, central Łódź is walkable enough that I ended up just wandering around most days. The staff seems to actually live in the city and can point you toward places that aren’t just the obvious tourist stops – they steered me toward this amazing pierogi place about ten minutes away that I never would’ve found otherwise. It’s not luxury by any stretch, and the hallways can get a bit echoey when people are coming and going late at night, but for the price point and the authentic neighborhood feel, it hits this sweet spot between comfort and actually experiencing how Łódź works as a real city.

  This place was such a great find! The building itself is one of the most unique and interesting spots I’ve come across in Łódź. The free parking was super convenient, and the loft is just about 7 minutes from the city center. The whole area around the building had a great vibe — quiet, charming, and really family-friendly.   Апартаменти розташовані в дуже класному районі: поблизу е парки, памятки архітектури, музеї. Будівля і цілий комплекс в стилі мануфактур – дуже атмосферно! Прямо під будинком декілька магазинів і досить пристойних ресторанів.
  Самі апартаменти дуже сподобались: вони дуже просторі, височезна стеля, у цікавому стилі. З необхідного все було: все що треба щоб готувати їжу, е пральня і сушилка, все необхідне для постелі і гігієни. Було досить чисто, схоже нещодавно освіжили апартаменти ремонтом.
  
  What could be improved: Було декілька незначних мінусів:
  – мабуть щось фарбували або наносили картини на стіни – відчувався запах фарби, с годом мабуть вивітриться.
  – щось треба робити з раковиною на кухні – дуже важко нею користуватись, вона майже не зливає воду – хвилину тече вода і раковина повна. Мабуть невірно зібрана система, бо ми намагалися її прочистити засобом, але не допомогло. Добре що є посудомийка але таблетка було лише одна.
  – барних стільців тільки 2, можна додати бо ми були з дітьми.
  – не знайшов штопора щоб відкоркувати пляшку вина.

  Apartament jest bardzo ładny, przestronny. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i kanapa. Poduszki rewelacja. Kontakt z gospodarzem bez żadnych problemów. Budynek w którym jest mieszkanie przepiękny. Bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe na zamkniętym parkingu. 10 m od budynku kawiarnia, bary, pizzeria, żabka i delikatesy. Bardzo polecam i na pewno gdy będę w Łodzi ponownie skorzystam z apartamentu.
