The apartments themselves are… well, they’re exactly what you’d want if you’re planning to stay more than just a night or two. Each one comes with a proper kitchenette – not those joke setups with just a mini-fridge, but actual cooking space with a stovetop and decent-sized fridge. I actually ended up cooking breakfast most mornings because there’s a small grocery store just around the corner on the same street. The interiors have this clean, minimalist thing going on that works well enough, though honestly, the furniture feels a bit IKEA-standard. But the beds are comfortable, and the WiFi never gave me trouble, which is more than I can say for some fancier places I’ve stayed.

What really won me over was the staff – they’re genuinely helpful without being overly formal about it. Check-in was smooth, and when I had questions about getting to Manufaktura (that massive shopping and cultural complex), the front desk person actually drew me a little map showing the tram stops. Speaking of location, you’re really well-positioned here. The EC1 science center is practically next door, and if you’re into Łódź’s film history, you can walk to most of the interesting spots without breaking a sweat. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel – you’ll see locals heading to work in the morning, kids playing in the small parks nearby, that sort of thing. It doesn’t feel touristy at all, which I found refreshing.

Sure, it’s a 3-star place and it shows in some of the details – the bathroom fixtures aren’t fancy, and there’s no room service or concierge desk. But for what you pay (and honestly, Łódź is still incredibly affordable compared to Warsaw or Krakow), you’re getting solid value. The 7.9 rating makes sense to me – it’s not going to blow you away, but it delivers on what it promises. If you’re someone who prefers having your own space to spread out, especially for longer stays, and you don’t need all the hotel bells and whistles, this place hits the sweet spot. Plus, having that kitchen means you can grab some Polish groceries and actually save money on meals, which adds up fast when you’re traveling.

  Było bardzo blisko do ulicy Piotrkowskiej, do Aquaparku i Zoo 10 minut autem a do Mandorii 20 minut. Wszędzie blisko, sklepy pod nosem.

  Dobra cena i świetna lokalizacja. Pełne wyposażenie. Czysto, miło przyjemnie. Super dla rodziny 2+2.
  
  What could be improved: Trochę niewygodne łóżko, po jednej stronie było wyżej,niż po drugiej. Bardzo strome schody, i duże przerwy w balustradach. Brak przypisanych miejsc do parkowania dla gości apartamentu. Trzeba płacić za parkingi.

  Had to book the apartment prior to the Lodz festival at the last minute, and we didn't have many options.
  
  What could be improved: Had to remind about sending the check-in instructions. The apartment wasn't pristine clean, and a horrible food smell was present in the corridor. Also, details such as missing toilet paper were noted.

  Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do ulicy Piotrkowskiej ( kilka minut pieszo), w pobliżu kilka marketów 😊. Mieszkanie czyste, wyposażone w podstawowe rzeczy niezbędne w trakcie wyjazdu 😊. Fajnie jakby jednak był dostęp do mikrofalówki żeby na szybko coś podgrzać bez wyciągania garnków 😊. Osoba która ma 2 m wzrostu mogłaby mieć problem wziąć prysznic bo toaleta znajduje się na górze i jest dość nisko😊. Ogólnie jestem zadowolona i serdecznie polecam miejsce 😊

  What could be improved: What they show on the pictures is not what is there in reality. For example the apartments are not as big as explained on the description. There wasn’t any toiletries. There’s need for improvement to match the best standard.

  Duše buvo šampūno mėginukų pakiukai.
  Mašiną galima laikyti po langais prekybos centro mokamoje aikštelėje.

  Virtuvėje trūksta popierinių rankšluoščių, kad galėtų susitvarkyti po savęs.
