I mean, don’t expect luxury finishes or Instagram-worthy bathrooms, but honestly, after a day wandering around the old textile factories or getting lost in the amazing street art scene around OFF Piotrkowska, all you really need is a comfortable bed and a hot shower. The windows are properly sealed too, which matters more than you’d think – this part of Struga can get a bit busy during morning rush hour, but I slept fine. Actually, most evenings it’s pretty quiet since you’re away from the main nightlife areas, though you can still hear the distant hum of the city if you listen for it.

What really sold me on this place was how it sits in Łódź’s geography. You’re close enough to walk to the Łódź Fabryczna station when you need to catch a train, but far enough from the tourist bubble that you end up discovering those little neighborhood gems – there’s this tiny pierogi place about three blocks away that I stumbled across just by wandering around, and a small park where locals actually hang out rather than just passing through. The location puts you within easy reach of both the revitalized factory districts and some of the grittier, more authentic parts of the city that most visitors miss completely.
