  – Dostępny parking za opłatą, jest to jednak parking na podwórku, gdzie mieszkańcy parkują jak chcą, nam się udało znaleźć miejsce, ale ostatnie dostępne, warto to wziąć pod uwagę
  – Klatka schodowa trochę straszy (ale samo mieszkanie jest bardzo ładne i zadbane)
  – W mieszkaniu było troszkę zimno, mi to nie przeszkadzało, ale zmarźlakom mogło być zimno
  – Trochę ciasno, ale na krótki wyjazd spokojnie da radę
