Boutique Hotel’s III Piłsudskiego Overview
You know what struck me first about Boutique Hotel’s III Piłsudskiego? The building itself – it’s got this understated elegance that fits perfectly with Łódź’s quietly sophisticated vibe. Walking up to the entrance on Piłsudskiego Avenue, you immediately sense this isn’t trying to be flashy or pretentious. It’s more like discovering a well-kept secret that locals have known about for years.
The location honestly couldn’t be better for exploring Śródmieście. I mean, you’re literally in the heart of everything – Piotrkowska Street is just a few minutes’ walk, and trust me, that’s where you want to be for the best restaurants and nightlife in the city. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being so central. The rooms face away from the main avenue traffic, so you actually get decent sleep (something I’ve learned not to take for granted in city center hotels). The 7.8 rating makes sense – it’s solid without being spectacular, which honestly feels refreshing in a world of over-the-top hospitality marketing.
The staff here genuinely knows Łódź, and I don’t just mean the tourist spots. When I asked about finding a good pierogi place that wasn’t touristy, the front desk guy immediately started drawing a little map to this place three blocks over where apparently all the university students go. Those kinds of recommendations – the ones you can’t Google – are worth their weight in gold when you’re trying to experience a city authentically. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, nothing groundbreaking but everything works properly, which is more than I can say for some fancier places I’ve stayed. The Wi-Fi actually functions throughout the building (miracle of miracles), and there’s something to be said for a shower with consistent water pressure. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours – this is central Łódź after all – but they’ve got arrangements with a nearby garage that takes most of the headache out of it. I’d definitely come back, especially knowing how rare it is to find a place that balances location, comfort, and that genuine local knowledge without breaking the bank.
Early hotels booking in Lodz requires advance planning during peak festival seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s renowned film culture and revitalized districts.

What could be improved: The steps leading up to the reception. Everything else was fineGood – Mateusz from Poland – July 10, 2025 (7/10)
I'm using this place every single time I'm in Łódź and it's very good one. Defo good balance of price and quality.
What could be improved: They have one issue which happened twice already, which is the quality of showers. It's not a huge deal, but this time, I wasn't getting any cold water. Straight boiling water in the shower, lol.Wonderful – Camilo from United States – April 21, 2025 (9/10)
The location is excellent, close to the tram stop and very close to Piotrkowska street. The room was comfortable and quiet.
What could be improved: The room needs a bit of TLC. The buzzard at the entrance doesn't work. Fortunately we had a phone plan that allowed phone calls, this is the only way to get into the hotel after hours.Good – Aneta from Germany – December 1, 2024 (7/10)
Direct in the City
Great location, good value for money – Bernard from Poland – September 30, 2024 (7/10)
The location is very good and comes with parking that is part of the building complex. The staff were all very pleasant.
What could be improved: The door looked like it may have been forced open at some point in its life. Not a very reassuring feeling and if it was a women attending on her own it would raise concern.Wonderful – Arkadiusz from Poland – September 23, 2024 (9/10)
Halina at the reception desk went beyond the professional and pleasant to make our stay extraordinary.
Affordable stay near to the attraction places – Noor from Malaysia – August 7, 2024 (8/10)

Great location very reasonable price, clean and staff really pleasant well done to the manager on hiring great reception and cleaning staff 😉
What could be improved: Had a wee issue with shower head but nothing disastrous 🙂↔️Nice stay , however unessary disspointment and stress first night stay ! – Halina from United Kingdom – June 26, 2024 (7/10)
Good location , staff friendly
What could be improved: I was allocated to room 206 , which was very small in my opinion and it was single room , was unable to move around bed , also unable to plug side lamp . The bed lamp was on right side but unable to reach a socket, if you move bed side table to left / socket side – you were blocked completely by table from right side . However after speaking to Manager following morning , we were moved to another room ( 202) , which was comfortable . In summary -room 206 is single use !March – Ivan from Czech Republic – April 4, 2024 (8/10)
Good breakfast.
Excellent location.
