The street itself has this nice residential vibe, but you’re close enough to Piotrkowska Street (the main drag) that you can easily explore the city’s famous murals and converted factory spaces. What I love is that you get parking sorted without the usual city center headaches.

The Space

This loft is something else — the ceilings are high, the windows are massive, and the whole place just breathes. The industrial bones of the building are still there, but they’ve softened it with modern touches that actually work together. The room setup is smart too; it’s a studio, but it doesn’t feel cramped because of how they’ve used the space.   What could be improved: The apartment was not as advertised. It is advertised as a one bedroom apt with a terrace. What is it is a studio apartment with some sort of communal terrace but again no idea where that was. The apartment had no storage space for guests to use ie drawers yes hanging space but all other cupboard drawers were full with books/personal belongings. There is no TV Smart or otherwise. The house had an odour to it as well.

  Bardzo klimatyczne wnętrze. Apartament czysty, urządzony i wyposażony wyjątkowo bogato i ciekawie. Właściciel bardzo życzliwy i dbający nie tylko i wnętrze ale również klienta. Czuliśmy się jak z wizytą u bliskiego znajomego. Jeden dzień to stanowczo za mało.

  Niesamowite okna, południowe światło i niespotykana kolekcja roślin. Bardzo życzliwy właściciel. Wygodne łóżko, w którym świetnie pracuje się na laptopie. 🙂 Ciekawe książki na półkach. Bardzo czysto. Nie chce się stamtąd wychodzić!
  
  What could be improved: Naprawdę nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Przed przyjazdem obawialiśmy się trochę parteru, ale niesłusznie – okna nie wychodzą na ulicę, widać przez nie głównie drzewa i niebo, jest cicho.

  Bardzo ciekawe miejsce o niebanalnym wystroju. Czystość pierwsza klasa. Kontakt z właścicielem, troska o gościa, szczegółowe informacje, przesympatyczność – poziom mistrzowski. Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo polecam zwiedzenie pałacu Herbsta. Naprzeciwko loftu kawiarnia, restauracje, sklepy. Do Atlas Arena i do centrum około 15 minut samochodem. Urocze odkrywanie niespodzianek w apartamencie – mydło do rąk sycylijskiej firmy Ortigia, gry planszowe, książki, świeczki, herbaty, winko z czerwoną kokardką. Dla samej przyjemności przebywania wśród tylu roślin, a niektóre są naprawdę duże, warto zarezerwować pobyt 😍🌿
  
  What could be improved: Pół żartem – jeśli ktoś ma wybujałą wyobraźnię i jest bojaźliwy to nie polecam zasypiania z myślą o wielkim manekinie z korytarza… 😉

  To był zdecydowanie najpiękniejszy i najlepiej wyposażony nocleg, w jakim kiedykolwiek byłam. Każdy szczegół był dopracowany, wnętrze przepiękne, a atmosfera naprawdę wyjątkowa. Spędziłam tu swoje urodziny i dzięki temu miejscu były one naprawdę magiczne, nie mogłam sobie wymarzyć lepszego miejsca na ten dzień. Na pewno wrócę!

  Fenomenalny, bardzo romantyczny loft jak z filmu, z dużą, bardzo wygodną łazienką i świetnie wyposażoną kuchnią. Nie chciało nam się z niego wychodzić!! Wspaniała biblioteka, pełna unikatowych książek i fantastyczny bujany fotel, bardzo wygodne biurko do pracy, a przede wszystkim dizajn i wnętrze, w którym wszystko smakuje lepiej. Bardzo polecam, świetna ucieczka od codzienności! Studio mieszczące się w bajecznej starej przędzalni, w zrewitalizowanej, zielonej dzielnicy pełnej klimatycznych knajpek. Wszelkie inne atrakcje miasta stają się niekoniecznym dodatkiem do tej miejscówki. Będę wracać na pewno!
