I’ll be honest, when I first pulled up to Boho Apart 2 by DreamAp on Wodna Street, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. The address – Wodna 17 205 – is tucked into this quietly evolving part of Łódź that’s got one foot in the old industrial Poland and another in something decidedly more creative. But you know what? That’s exactly what makes this place work so well.

The apartment itself totally lives up to the “boho” promise, and I mean that in the best possible way. We’re talking exposed brick that actually looks intentional (not like someone just gave up on renovating), vintage furniture that’s been chosen rather than just inherited, and these little artistic touches that feel authentic instead of trying-too-hard hipster. The space has this lived-in comfort that’s rare in short-term rentals – like staying at the home of a friend who happens to have really good taste. Honestly, the 8.8 rating makes complete sense once you’re inside. The kitchen’s actually functional too, which is something I’ve learned not to take for granted in European apartments. I made coffee there every morning and it felt… normal. Good normal.

Location-wise, you’re in Śródmieście, which puts you walking distance from the main action without being right in the thick of tourist crowds. Piotrkowska Street – the famous pedestrian strip that everyone talks about – is close enough for an easy evening stroll, but far enough that you’re not dealing with late-night noise from the bars and clubs. The neighborhood around Wodna has this interesting mix of young professionals and longtime residents, so you’ll see everything from trendy cafes to old-school Polish bakeries within a few blocks. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle (welcome to any decent European city center), but the building’s entrance is straightforward once you figure out the door system – DreamAp sends clear instructions, thankfully. I actually found myself enjoying the short walks to dinner or to catch the tram into other parts of the city. Łódź isn’t huge, so nothing feels impossibly far away, and this spot puts you right in that sweet zone where you feel connected to the city’s energy without being overwhelmed by it. For a 3-star place, it punches well above its weight – probably because it’s more about character and location than fancy amenities you don’t really need anyway.

  Apartament fajny. Wygodne łóżko z pięknie pachnącą pościelą. Dostępne 4 komplety ręczników 🤩 dzieciaki zadowolone z Netflix 🤩
  Zameldowanie szybkie i sprawne jedynie pilot od bramy nie działał skorzystaliśmy z okazji i wjechaliśmy i wyjechaliśmy z przypadkowym lokatorem 😃

  The apartment was a very nice size. Hosts were super helpful, even when we had trouble finding the garage key. Lovely balcony, perfect for a nice morning coffee break.

  przestronne mieszkanie z fajnym balkonem, były wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty np żelazo, piekarnik i mikrofalówka
  
  What could be improved: w mieszkaniu były zostawione naczynia w zmywarce, w większości tego typu apartamentów w łazience znajdywały się szampon czy kapsułka do prania a tu nawet papieru toaletowego było niewystarczająco

  Месторасположение супер, очень удобно, всюду близко. Приехали бы снова туда, да, однозначно да.
  
  What could be improved: Не понятно с парковкой. Запарковались на улице, лучше было бы оговорить заранее. И ещё косметика, можно было бы добавить жидкое мыло или шампунь. Ничего такого нет.

  Затишна чиста квартира в новому будинку. Близько до головних місць Лодзі.
  Хороший інтернет, нова техніка, меблі, посуд.
  Є кілька дрібних недоліків, але вони не надто критичні (відсутність солі, один-два світильники, що не працюють тощо).
