Parking was surprisingly manageable too, which anyone who’s driven through Polish city centers will appreciate.

The apartment itself feels like someone actually thought about how people live, not just where they sleep for a night. The kitchen isn’t just for show – I mean, you can actually cook a proper meal if you want to, and there’s real counter space to work with. The Wi-Fi is solid (tested it during a work call, no issues), and they’ve got these blackout curtains that are honestly a godsend if you’re dealing with jet lag or just want to sleep past sunrise. What really sold me was the little touches – decent hangers in the closet, enough outlets near the bed, a mirror that’s actually positioned where you can use it. Small stuff, but it shows someone’s been paying attention. The whole place has this clean, minimalist thing going on without feeling cold or impersonal.

I’ll be straight with you though – don’t expect hotel-level service here. There’s no 24-hour front desk or someone to bring you extra towels at midnight. But that 9.3 rating isn’t accidental. For what it is – a well-run apartment rental that happens to cater to travelers – it delivers exactly what you need. The check-in process was smooth (they actually respond to messages quickly), the space was spotless, and everything worked as advertised. If you’re the type who wants room service and a concierge, look elsewhere. But if you prefer having your own space, maybe cooking breakfast instead of hunting for an open café at 7 AM, and generally just settling in somewhere that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room – this place makes a lot of sense. Plus, honestly, finding anywhere with ratings this high in central Łódź isn’t exactly easy, so when something works this well, it’s worth noting.

  L'aspect original de l'appartement car nous ne mesurions pas plus d'1m80…Très bien conçu, sous les toits avec 2 velux et une fenêtre latérale mais la climatisation possible.
  Très très bien situé par rapport à la rue Piotrkowski atteignable en moins de 200 mètres. Commerces nombreux et variés. Accueil par Szymond bienvenu mais exceptionnellement présent.
  Possibilité de se garer gratuitement à proximité immédiate dans un parking gardé. Tout était parfait et les étages sont vite oubliés!

  Pięknie zaadaptowane poddasze . W apartamencie jest wszystko co potrzeba. Cicha i spokojna okolica a tak blisko Piotrkowskiej . Właściciel bardzo pomocny, dbający o komfort gości . Szybko odpowiada na pytania. Polecam -ja na pewno jeszcze tam wrócę!

  The apartment was very close to the main street in Łódź, Piotrkowska. It had 2 floors – kitchen and small living room on the ground floor and bedroom with beautiful bathroom in the basement. I really liked the rustic design, all looked very modern too. All equipment was working well.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was in an old building, the entrance to the courtyard looked quite scary. There were some construction works outside which we could hear from inside of the apartment. Not sure if the walls were fresh painted but there was a strong smell of paint in the entire apartment. There was dust on the shelves in the wardrobe.
