Being near both Atlas Arena and the ZOO means you’ve got entertainment options within reach, though honestly, the zoo’s better in spring and summer when everything’s more active. The apartment itself has that Polish attention to practical details… good water pressure, windows that actually seal properly (you’d be surprised how often that’s an issue), and kitchen equipment that works without requiring an engineering degree. I particularly liked how quiet it gets at night – close enough to the action but far enough from the late-night tram routes that can rattle windows until 2 AM.

What really sells me on this place is that it doesn’t try to be something it’s not. It’s a solid 3-star apartment that punches above its weight in terms of cleanliness and functionality. The host clearly knows what business travelers and families need – I mean, that 9-point rating doesn’t come from nowhere. You’re getting reliable WiFi, space to spread out, and easy access to both the airport and downtown Łódź without paying premium prices for location. Plus, if you’re traveling with kids, having the zoo nearby is honestly a lifesaver when you need to burn some energy before a flight.

Travelers should reserve a hotel in Lodz at least two months ahead for major events like Camerimage Festival, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near cultural attractions.

  Znakomicie urządzony i wyposażony apartament, wygodny, miły, ładny i funkcjonalny. W kuchni ekspres do kawy i nawet młynek, bajka dla milosnika świeżo zmielonej kawy. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, solidne zasłony i rolety. Urządzony jak do mieszkania, a nie tylko na wynajem. Okolica bardzo cicha, blisko kawiarnie, restauracja i sklepy.

  Blok polożony w bardzo przyjemnej dzielnicy, otoczony zielenią. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone. W kuchni znaleźliśmy również podstawowe przyprawy sól, cukier, olej. W pobliżu znjaduje się sklep Stokrotka.

  Apartament w naszym guście, pięknie urządzony, czysto, idealnie wyposażony, łóżka bardzo wygodne, duże okna świetnie rozświetlają mieszkanie w ciągu dnia, a rolety i zasłony umilają sen, duża kanapa w salonie umila wieczorny wypoczynek po całym dniu zabawy. Bardzo blisko zoo-orientarium oraz Aquaparku Fala, do centrum także łatwy i bliski dojazd. Bardzo duży plus za miejsce parkingowe.
  Po prostu czuliśmy się jak w domu, rodzina 2+2 🙂
  Kontakt z właścicielami świetny. Od początku rezerwacji, aż do momentu wyjazdu w stałym kontakcie, wszystkie wytyczne, odbiór kluczy itp przekazane przejrzyście, właściciele chętni do pomocy.

  The apartment is in a convenient location, it was very easy to get to the city center and large shopping centers by car, the average travel time was 10-15 minutes. The apartment has a designated parking space and a closed territory. All household appliances were in good condition and everything worked without any problems. We were five adults and one child and there was enough space for everyone.
