There’s something refreshingly authentic about the place that makes you understand why so many guests keep coming back. The repeat visitor rate here is notably higher than most places, a testament to the consistent quality and welcoming atmosphere that defines the experience.

Location & Neighborhood

The location is genuinely fantastic — couples rate it 9.3 out of 10, and the positioning is perfect for exploring Łódź without being stuck in the touristy chaos that sometimes comes with central locations. The neighborhood has this lived-in quality that feels real and authentic. Having free private parking right on site is honestly a game-changer if you’re driving — no circling blocks looking for a spot or paying ridiculous daily fees. The area strikes an ideal balance between accessibility and local character.

The Rooms

The accommodations at Willa Pory Roku strike this perfect balance between comfort and character that’s hard to find. Each room feels thoughtfully designed rather than cookie-cutter corporate, which guests genuinely appreciate. The attention to detail is evident — from the quality linens to the way natural light fills the spaces during the day. What impresses most is how quiet everything stays, even though you’re in the city. The rooms manage to feel both cozy and spacious, creating an environment where you can truly relax and recharge.

Service & Atmosphere

The staff here genuinely seem to care about your experience, but in that low-key Polish way that doesn’t feel forced or overly eager. They know the area well and can point you toward spots that locals actually frequent — not just the obvious tourist traps. The overall vibe is relaxed and welcoming, sort of like being welcomed into someone’s well-run home. When you see the same faces checking in again and again, you know the service is doing something right. This consistency speaks volumes about the quality of hospitality on offer.

We arrived late and we messaged to the property to notify them. They responded promptly and sent us the information about how to enter the apartment without their assistance.
The breakfast was excellent. A large plate with cottage, more types of cheese, salad, tomato, eggs, hams, bread and more… It was more then enough for 2 people. I've asked the service for 7:00AM, we arrived on time and the table was already prepared with fresh brewed coffee. Thank you for that!
We've spent only one night there and could move on refreshed to next destination.

What could be improved: I wish I could've spent there more time to look around the closer area.
