This place sits right in Śródmieście, which is basically Łódź’s beating heart, and after spending a few nights here, I get why it’s pulling in those 9.4 ratings.

The thing about this spot is that it actually feels like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it. The apartments – and they really are proper apartments, not hotel rooms pretending to be something they’re not – have this comfortable, lived-in quality that makes you want to brew coffee in the morning instead of rushing out to find the nearest café. Though honestly, there are some great little places within walking distance if you do want to venture out. The building itself has that solid, no-nonsense Eastern European architecture that I’ve grown to appreciate – it’s not trying to be flashy, but everything works exactly as it should. The elevators are reliable (crucial when you’re hauling luggage), and the hallways stay surprisingly quiet even when the building’s full.

What really sold me on this place was how it handles the practical stuff that travel websites never tell you about. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no waiting around in some cramped lobby, no upselling attempts for room upgrades you don’t need. The apartments come with proper kitchens, which means you can actually cook if you want to (the local markets have incredible produce, by the way), and the internet connection is solid enough for video calls if work follows you on vacation. Parking isn’t a nightmare either, which anyone who’s driven through Łódź will tell you is no small feat. I mean, the location puts you close enough to the main shopping areas and restaurants that you could walk most places, but having the option to drive without circling blocks looking for a spot? That’s worth something. The only minor thing I’d mention is that weekend nights can get a bit lively on the street – nothing terrible, just the usual city sounds that come with being in a neighborhood where actual people live and socialize. But honestly, good earplugs solve that, and during the week it’s perfectly peaceful.

  Pokój okazał się bardzo przytulny i estetycznie urządzony. Dużym atutem jest aneks kuchenny oraz wygodne łóżko, które zapewnia komfortowy wypoczynek. W pokoju znajduje się stolik z krzesłami, a także telewizor – choć jego usytuowanie było dość nietypowe, nam to w żaden sposób nie przeszkadzało, nie korzystaliśmy z telewizora. Z 8. piętra rozciągały się piękne widoki – zarówno na wschód słońca, jak i na Księżyc wieczorem. Klimatyzacja była ogromnym plusem, zwłaszcza w ciepłe dni. Łazienka zrobiła na nas bardzo dobre wrażenie – była przestronna, czysta i gustownie wykończona. W pokoju była cisza, nie było słychać sąsiadów.

  Clean, comfortable accommodation. With off street parking. AC, microwave, large TV with YouTube etc. Close to large shopping mall and main tourist streets!
  
  What could be improved: Large full skip of rubbish overflowing at front door and offensive graffiti inside lift on the builder's protection boards. This is not the owners fault but if not for the this it would be perfect, 9 is almost perfect!

  Czysto, wygodnie, cicha okolica , wszystko co potrzebne było pod ręką. Czytając wcześniej komentarze miałam pewne obiekcje – niepotrzebnie. Parking tak, na terenie sklepu meblowego, ale dosłownie pod oknami budynku, my widzieliśmy auto z apartamentu. Winda nieciekawa – absolutnie, jest nowa z tym, że zabezpieczona płytami przed wandalami (słusznie bo już cała w graffiti). Apartament to mieszkanie przedzielone na dwa – może i tak, mieliśmy sąsiadów i było spokojnie, w hotelach przez ścianę więcej słychać niż tu. Ten telewizor -może i byłoby wygodniej gdyby wisiał na miejscu lustra, ale serio z łóżka też idzie obejrzeć.
  
  What could be improved: Wszytko mi się podobało, jedyne zastrzeżenia mam do oświetlenia nad łóżkiem – zdecydowanie słabszą moc żarówki można zamontować, ponieważ ta co jest wali po oczach niemiłosiernie, idealne światło na wieczór to to pod lustrem, ale żeby zgasić trzeba wstawać z łóżka 🤣 A i jeszcze poduszki – takie już wyrobione zbyt, ale do przeżycia.
