  New, very well equipped apartment, close to Piotrkowska street, perfect for short stay. Trouble-free contactless check in. Calm place, although walls are thin, you can hear some sounds from neighbouring apartments. Private parking next to the building, at weekend nearest gates are closed, next entrance 50 m away.

  Everything in the apartment was fine – clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet residential area, perfect for a peaceful stay. However, parking was a bit inconvenient. For such a large apartment building, there aren’t enough designated parking spots. While it’s possible to park on nearby public streets, those spots are limited and paid during the day (free at night). If you're arriving by car, be prepared to search for parking, especially during peak hours.

  Przede wszystkim jak zawsze bardzo profesjonale zachowanie gospodarzy. Czysto a to się zdarza ostatnio bardzo rzadko w miejscach, które wynajmuję. Duzy TV także na plus. Bardzo wygodny apartament z osobnym miejscem i do spania i do pracy. W kuchni także wszystko co trzeba – było. Cicha okolica i ładne dojście na wszelkiego rodzaju przystanki.
  
  What could be improved: Jeden malutki minus za bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody jak i pod prysznicem – jak i w kuchni w zlewie.

  Nicely decorated and equipped. Central location. Easy entry system.
  
  What could be improved: Filter coffee provided but no filter machine or cafetière so had to go out and buy instant coffee. Still work being done in communal areas and you can hear neighbours. Despite this I still recommend it and would choose again.
