WiguryTower Apartaments 91 Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to WiguryTower Apartaments 91 on Wigury Street, I wasn’t expecting much from what looked like a pretty standard apartment building in Śródmieście. But you know what? Sometimes the best places are the ones that surprise you, and this little gem absolutely did that.
The thing about staying here is that you’re really living like a local in one of Łódź’s most walkable neighborhoods. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute stroll from Piotrkowska Street – which, if you haven’t been, is basically the heartbeat of the city with all its cafes, bars, and that incredible street art everyone’s always posting about on Instagram. What I really loved though was how quiet Wigury Street actually is, especially at night. You get this perfect balance where you can walk to everything but still get proper sleep without drunk tourists stumbling around outside your window at 2 AM.
The apartments themselves are honestly better than I expected for a 3-star place. Mine had this surprisingly well-equipped kitchenette – not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation, but actual cookware that didn’t look like it survived three decades of abuse. The bathroom was spotless (always my first test of any place), and I actually appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with fancy fixtures that break after a week. Everything just… worked. The Wi-Fi was solid too, which matters when you’re trying to navigate a city where your high school Polish isn’t quite cutting it. Parking was straightforward – there’s street parking that’s not too much of a nightmare, and honestly, having a car in this part of Łódź is more luxury than necessity anyway.
What really struck me was how the staff seemed to genuinely care about helping you figure out the city. When I mentioned I was looking for good pierogi that wasn’t tourist-trap expensive, the guy at reception didn’t just point me toward the nearest restaurant – he actually drew me a little map to this family place a few blocks over that became my go-to spot for the rest of my stay. That kind of local insight is worth its weight in gold, especially in a city like Łódź that’s still sort of discovering itself as a tourist destination.
The area comes alive differently depending on when you visit. I was there in late spring, and there’s something magical about walking through Śródmieście when the weather’s just starting to warm up and people are sitting outside the cafes again. The whole neighborhood has this creative energy – you’ve got art students from the film school mixing with young professionals, and there’s always something interesting happening if you pay attention. Plus, if you need to hop on a tram to explore other parts of the city, you’re well-connected without being right on top of a major transit hub with all the noise that brings.
Look, this isn’t going to be the fanciest place you’ll ever stay, but it nails the fundamentals in a way that makes everything else easy. Clean, comfortable, well-located, and run by people who actually seem to like what they’re doing. For the price point and that 9.6 rating, it’s exactly what you want when you’re more interested in exploring Łódź than spending time in your room anyway.
To book hotel in Lodz during the famous Camerimage Film Festival season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts film enthusiasts and industrial heritage lovers from around the world.

Apartament niewielki, ale świetnie urządzony, jest wszystko co potrzeba, jest nawet pralka, deska do prasowania i co najważniejsze – bezpłatny parking.

New, very clean appartment, free parking, nice to have additional amenities like washing machine, iron, conditionier. Note! If parking etrance gates next to house is closed you cand drive from other side of Meble store, but it is not mentioned that after parking you have to go all the same way back with all the luggage – there are no smaller gates or pass for pedestrians. So better unload first with short stop, then go to parking.
What could be improved: Could be improved: change pillows (given were bad, no shape, no "mass"), use bedsheet that suit the bed size and can be fastened tightly, provide normal knifes for kitchen (we found only bread knife and tiny, dull knife – hardly suitable for cutting). For 2 people space is ok for a short stay, but for 4 adults – might feel crouded.Exceptional – Sylwia from Poland – June 30, 2025 (10/10)
Komfortowy, czysty i dobrze wyposażony apartament
Exceptional – Юрий from Belarus – June 27, 2025 (10/10)
Чисто, уютно, совсем новый дом, есть всё оборудование, хороший интернет, парковка. Если будем в Лодзи, обязательно останавливаться будем именно тут.
What could be improved: Малюсенький минус, если вечером понадобилось сходить в машину, то что бы попасть на парковку, нужно много обходить, т.к. основные ворота закрыты.Exceptional – Lina from Lithuania – June 23, 2025 (10/10)
Naujai įrengtas butas, švaru, jauku, tvarkinga. Patalynė ir rankšluosčiai švarūs, minkšti ir kvepiantys švara. Kondicionierius, skalbimo mašina, indaplovė (+palikta kapsulė).
Vieta netoli centrinės gatvės.Exceptional – Krzysztof from Poland – June 20, 2025 (10/10)

Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! – Eva from Austria – June 19, 2025 (9/10)
Die Aussicht über Lodz war phantastisch. Innenstadtnähe. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Alles sehr sauber. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz war praktisch.
What could be improved: Der Parkplatz war etwas umständlich zu finden. Man fährt zwei Häuser weiter in die Einfahrt anderer Firmen und parkt hinter dem Hochhaus, das aber durch einen Zaun getrennt ist.Wonderful – Siarhei from Poland – June 9, 2025 (9/10)
All was fine. Good location, very clean and comfortable.
What could be improved: An access to parking is not convenient in the evening and at night.Exceptional – Anzhela from Finland – February 2, 2025 (10/10)
Everything was fine. I recommend.
