I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to WiguryTower Apartaments 90 on Stanisława Wigury street, I wasn’t expecting much from the unassuming building. But you know what? Sometimes the best places are the ones that don’t try too hard to impress you from the outside. This little apartment hotel sits right in Śródmieście, which means you’re basically in the heart of everything Łódź has to offer, and that 9.2 rating suddenly makes perfect sense once you step inside.

The thing about staying here is that it actually feels like you’re living in Łódź rather than just visiting it. The apartments are properly spacious – I mean, you can actually spread out your stuff without everything ending up on the bed, which is honestly refreshing after staying in those cramped hotel rooms elsewhere in Europe. The kitchenettes are functional too, not just for show, so if you want to grab some fresh bread from the local bakery around the corner (there’s this great little place that opens early) and make your own breakfast, you’re all set. The neighborhood itself is pretty quiet in the evenings, but during the day there’s this nice buzz of locals going about their business – it’s that sweet spot where you feel connected to the city without dealing with tourist chaos.

What really sold me on this place, though, was how the staff actually seemed to care about making your stay work. Check-in was smooth, and they gave me those insider tips you only get from people who know the area – like which tram lines to take to get to Piotrkowska Street fastest, or where to find decent parking if you’re driving (honestly, parking in Łódź can be a bit of a puzzle if you don’t know the tricks). The building itself is well-maintained, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was at night. You’re close enough to the action that you can walk to the main attractions, but far enough from the bar districts that you’ll actually sleep well. Plus, having a proper apartment setup means you can really settle in if you’re staying more than a couple nights – I ended up extending my visit because it just felt so comfortable and practical. For a 3-star place, it punches way above its weight, and honestly, that rating of 9.2 isn’t just numbers on a screen – you can feel why people keep coming back here.

  W pełni wyposażony Apartament, jest suszarka do włosów z dyfuzorem, żelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka, pralka. Jak ktoś chce coś ugotować to podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni. Kawa, herbata, w łazience mydło i żel, ręczniki. Bardzo wygodny materac. Bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy. Super widoki z okna, blisko do centrum.

  Czystość, panorama z okien, nowoczesne wnętrze, wszystkie niezbędne dodatki dostępne (AGD, sztućce, kubki, nawet kawa, herbata i cukier). Zarządca chętny do pomocy. Parking bardzo przydatny.
  
  What could be improved: Zasięg sieci WiFi niestety słaby i nie dało się oglądać filmu streamowanego… ale nie miało to dla mnie aż tak dużego znaczenia.

  Apartament super! Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy 🙂 Bardzo przytulny i słoneczny apartament z cudnym widokiem na miasto. Bardzo ładnie i funkcjonalnie umeblowany, ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Wszystko wygodne oraz urządzone z gustem. Apartament czysty i zadbany, umiejscowiony w wysokim budynku z ogrodzonym parkingiem prywatnym obok, w idealnej lokalizacji – praktycznie centrum miasta, okolica bezpieczna, spokojna, dobrze skomunikowana z resztą miasta. W apartamencie salono-sypialnia i kuchnia w jednym, zaaranżowane w bardzo funkcjonalny sposób. Łazienka przestronna, wyposażona w ręczniki, papier i pralkę. Kuchnia również całkowicie wyposażona – jest wszystko co potrzeba, talerze, sztućce, garnki, itp., a także płyn do naczyń, gąbeczki, ściereczki, itp. Poza apartamentem, w przedpokoju wspólnym dla dwóch apartamentów, jest też spora szafa na rzeczy jakby komuś szafki w mieszkaniu nie wystarczyły. W apartamencie jest ciepło i cicho. W budynku jest winda. Wszędzie blisko – na przystanki autobusowe i tramwajowe, na Piotrkowską, do palmiarni i na Księży Młyn, do wszyskich ważniejszych muzeów, galerii i zabytków, do Atlas Areny bardzo dobry dojazd tramwajem. W okolicy różne restauracje, kawiarnie, Żabki i markety. Mili i pomocni Gospodarze. Duży plus za możliwość wcześniejszego zaparkowania auta na parkingu 🙂 Zdecydowanie polecamy pobyt w tym miejscu!   This apartment is small, but it more than enough for 1 or 2 people planning to stay in for few days.. Great apartment, brand new, very clean, very well located, well furnished and contains everything one could need.
  I stayed in for 4 days/3 nights and everything was great. I would definitely check the availabilities if I ever need to come back to Lodz.
