The building sits right on Stanisława Wigury street, which honestly isn’t the flashiest address in Śródmieście, but that’s exactly why it works. You’re close enough to walk to the main action around Piotrkowska Street (maybe 15 minutes if you’re not dragging luggage), but far enough away that you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling past your windows at 2 AM.

The apartments themselves are surprisingly well thought out – whoever designed these actually understands how people live, not just how hotels think people should live. The kitchenettes aren’t just for show; they’ve got proper-sized fridges and decent counter space, which matters when you’re staying more than a couple nights or you want to grab groceries from the Żabka down the street instead of eating out every meal. The windows are decent sized too, something I’ve learned not to take for granted in Polish apartment buildings. Actually, from the upper floors you get these glimpses of the city that remind you Łódź has more character than people give it credit for – all those brick buildings and green spaces tucked between the urban sprawl.

What really sold me on the place, though, is how it handles the little stuff that can make or break a stay. Check-in was straightforward (no waiting around for someone to show up with keys), the Wi-Fi actually works consistently, and – this is huge – the heating system doesn’t sound like it’s trying to escape through the walls. I mean, for a 3-star place, that 9.2 rating makes sense when you experience it. The neighborhood’s pretty quiet during the week, gets a bit more lively on weekends, but nothing crazy. There’s decent parking nearby if you’re driving, though honestly, Łódź’s public transport will get you most places you need to go. The whole setup just feels… practical, I guess? Like someone designed it for people who actually travel, not for Instagram photos.   Na zdjęciach apartament sprawiał wrażenie większego, ale było super. Łóżko wygodne, wszystko bardzo czyste, eleganckie, pełna informacja. Wyposażenie zarówno pokoju jak i łazienki na 6 z plusem.
  
  What could be improved: Trochę przeraziło nas wnętrze windy. Wlaściciele apartamentów powinni wymusić na zarządcy ich odnowienie, gdyż niestety sprawiają wrażenie niezłej meliny. Warto by także rozważyć zamontowanie przejścia z parkingu na teren apartamentowca. Z pewnością ułatwiło by to przemieszczanie się gości z bagażami czy też np. w deszczu.
