The building itself feels solid, not like those places where you hear every footstep from upstairs. The Wi-Fi actually works (I was doing video calls for work without any issues), and there are enough outlets that you won’t have to choose between charging your phone and your laptop. Small things, but you know how it is when you’re traveling – these details matter more than fancy marble countertops.

The 9.9 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s not trying to be some luxury hotel experience, but for what it is – a comfortable, well-thought-out space in a good location with hosts who clearly care about getting the details right – it delivers exactly what it promises. If you’re looking for a base to explore Łódź without paying city center prices, and you don’t mind a short walk to get to the tourist stuff, this place will serve you really well.

  We loved the whole set up, complete with towels, candies, milk and coffee. Very thoughtful extras and a welcoming/comfortable place to stay! Very close to a large park where people were lounging and swimming. Fantastic location overall!
  
  What could be improved: The shower seemed to flood a bit, but that was an easy fix with a rolled towel tucked into the shower doorway.

  The apartment was bigger than we expected. Nice and clean, with all the needed things: iron, hairdryer, and washing machine. Even water and sweets provided:-) an extremely handy parking spot in the garage, great location, not far from the center, and Atlas Arena. Very friendly and helpful host. Will definitely stay here again if will be visiting Łodź!
  
  What could be improved: The area around the building was a bit dirty, but it may be due to long holidays at the time of our visit.
