Piotrkowska is basically the Times Square of Łódź (okay, maybe that’s overselling it, but it’s definitely the heart of the city), and you’re literally steps from all the restaurants, bars, and that late-night energy that makes this street famous. I mean, you can hear the buzz from the street below, but honestly, it’s more exciting than annoying – especially on weekends when the whole strip comes alive. The parking situation is actually a huge win here, which anyone who’s tried to find a spot in Śródmieście will appreciate. Most places around here either don’t have parking or charge you an arm and a leg for it.

What really surprised me was how well they’ve done the interiors considering this is a 3-star place. The rooms feel modern and clean – sort of like a boutique hotel vibe without the boutique prices. The beds are comfortable (I’m picky about this), and there’s enough space to actually unpack your stuff, which isn’t always a given in city center accommodations. The 10th floor thing isn’t just for show either – you get proper windows with actual views, not just looking into someone else’s apartment. During the day you can see the bustle of Piotrkowska below, and at night the street lights create this nice urban glow. The WiFi works well too, which matters if you’re trying to get some work done or upload photos without wanting to throw your phone out the window.

Here’s the thing that really sold me on this place – the staff actually know the neighborhood. When I asked about dinner recommendations, they didn’t just hand me a generic tourist brochure. They pointed me toward this little place two blocks over that I never would have found otherwise, and warned me that the construction on the corner gets noisy around 7 AM (which saved my sleep schedule). That kind of local insight is worth its weight in gold. The 9.1 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it delivers exactly what it promises. You’re paying for location, comfort, and that rare combination of being right in the action but still being able to get a good night’s sleep.   Lokalizacja bardzo dobra – blisko do sklepów i centrum, jednakże sam budynek bardzo duży i przytłaczający.
  Wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki bardzo na plus.
  
  What could be improved: Parking – czasami trzeba było pojeździć dookoła by znaleźć parking przy budynku.
  Poduszki – zdecydowanie do wymiany – zbyt miękkie, nie dało się na nich ułożyć głowy. Polecam zamontować rolety w oknach – same zasłony niewiele dają przy porannym wschodzie słońca – szybko robi się gorąco w mieszkaniu.
  W mieszkaniu było czysto, ale widać ze osoba sprzątająca robi to "po łebkach". Pod łóżkiem dużo kurzu jak i na listwach przypodłogowych.
