I mean, you’re basically planted between the university area and the city center, so you get this nice mix of student energy and actual city life without feeling like you’re stuck in either bubble.

The building itself has that solid, no-nonsense Eastern European vibe – not trying to be fancy, but everything works the way it should. I was honestly surprised by how quiet my room was considering you’re on a fairly busy street. The rooms are what you’d expect from a decent 3-star place, though I have to say the beds were actually more comfortable than some 4-star places I’ve stayed at (and trust me, that matters when you’ve been walking around Łódź’s massive city center all day). The staff seemed genuinely helpful rather than just going through the motions – they actually knew things about getting around the city, which you don’t always get.

What I really appreciated was how easy it made exploring Łódź properly. You can walk to Piotrkowska Street in about fifteen minutes, and that’s where all the good stuff happens – the restaurants, bars, that whole pedestrian scene. But you’re also close enough to the university district that you get a feel for how locals actually live here, not just the tourist version. The tram connections are solid too, though honestly Łódź is way more walkable than people give it credit for. Parking was straightforward if you’re driving, which – let’s be real – a lot of places in Polish city centers can’t promise you. The 8.6 rating makes total sense to me because it’s one of those places that just does what it’s supposed to do really well. Not flashy, not trying to be something it’s not, but when you come back after a long day of sightseeing, you actually feel like you can relax. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted to really get a sense of Łódź beyond just hitting the main tourist spots.

  Хороший район міста. Поруч магазини, гарний парк. Квартира зі свіжим ремонтом, все чисто, акуратно. Є все необхідне для комфорту і відпочинку. Дбайливе ставлення до гостей, все продумано. Якщо подорожуєте на машині, у вартість входить паркомісце в підвалі цієї ж будівлі. Все сподобалось. Якщо будемо в Лодзі, обов'язково зупинимось тут. Рекомендую.
