  Miejscówka super, blisko ulicy Piotrkowskiej, kamienica z duszą, w stylu modernistycznym, winda w obiekcie, dostępny balkon, przepiękne marmurowe schody i stare balustrady, miejsce wygodne i klimatyczne, telewizja kablowa, internet, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, zmywarka, lodówka, piekarnik, osobno WC i łazienka. Cena adekwatna do jakości.
  
  What could be improved: Przydałaby się zasłonka w drzwiach między sypialniami a pokojem TV, drzwi są szklane, piękne i z duszą, ale światło przeszkadzało tym co poszli spać, wykorzystaliśmy koce, ale mogłoby być coś na stałe. W kuchni przydałaby się większa rolka ręcznika kuchennego (najlepiej czyściwo (ręcznik papierowy jak dla zakładów fryzjerskich), jest cieńsze i wydajniejsze na rolce).

  Był bardzo profesjonalny kontakt z właścicielem ,zamknięty parking,a za ogrodzeniem uroczy park.
