The location is genuinely solid – you’re about a fifteen-minute walk to Piotrkowska Street (which, let’s be honest, is where you’ll probably spend most of your evenings anyway). What I really appreciated was how the apartment felt like, well, an actual apartment rather than a sterile hotel room. The kitchen was properly equipped, not just for show, and I ended up cooking a few meals there using ingredients from the little market around the corner. The bed was comfortable enough, though the pillows were a bit soft for my liking – but that’s probably just me being picky. One thing that surprised me was how quiet it was at night, despite being in the city. I think the building’s courtyard setup helps buffer street noise, which was a nice bonus since I’m usually a light sleeper in new places.
