I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Tuwima Apart Red by DreamAp, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It sounds a bit corporate, you know? But after spending a few nights at this 3-star spot on Juliana Tuwima street in Łódź, I’m actually pretty impressed with what they’ve put together here. The building itself is tucked into a residential area that feels authentically Polish – not touristy at all – and there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that locals actually walk past on their way to work.

The apartment setup is what really won me over, though. You get proper space to spread out (I mean, hotel rooms can feel like closets after a few days), and having a kitchenette means you’re not stuck eating out for every meal. Which is great because honestly, while Łódź has some fantastic restaurants, sometimes you just want to grab groceries from the Żabka down the street and make coffee the way you like it. The red accents they’ve incorporated throughout aren’t overwhelming – more like thoughtful pops of color that make the place feel designed rather than just furnished. I appreciated that the Wi-Fi actually worked reliably, because let’s face it, that’s not always a given even in decent places.

What surprised me most was how quiet it stays, even though you’re right in the city. The windows do a good job of keeping street noise out, and the neighborhood itself isn’t exactly a party district – it’s more where people live their actual lives. You’re within walking distance of Piotrkowska Street if you want the main tourist action, but you can also just wander the local blocks and stumble across those little cafes that don’t show up in guidebooks. The building’s entrance is easy to miss if you’re not looking for it (I walked past twice the first day), but once you’re inside, everything feels well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. Check-in was straightforward – no drama, no waiting around. For a 3-star place, they’re definitely punching above their weight. I’d actually consider staying here again next time I’m in Łódź, which says something because I usually like to try different places.

  Super lokalizacja, wygodne łóżka, łatwe zameldowanie, pięknie urządzone wnętrze, parking płatny pod kamienicą (pon-pt do 19), bez problemu znaleźliśmy miejsce, na dole sklepik spożywczy.
  
  What could be improved: Mimo wielu prób nie udało nam się włączyć żadnego programu w TV, na 2 noce dla 4 osobowej rodziny 1 rolka papieru to trochę mało, tak samo tylko 4 torebki herbaty i cukru 😉 Pralka jest, ale przydałoby się chociaż kilka kapsułek do prania. Ciężko "chodzą" zasłony, przydałyby się rolety. Ale to są drobnostki i ogólnie nie przeszkadzały nam w pobycie.

  Заселение бесконтактное, понятные инструкции прислали, посуда вся была, для кратковременных остановок то что надо.
  
  What could be improved: В третьем комплекте постельного белья не было простыни, спальней оказалась кровать на втором этаже с небезопасной лестницей без перил. И убирать пыль надо и на верху возле кровати, хотя это не так легко.

  Czysto. Pralka. Lokal wkamienicy na 1 piętrze więc nie trzeba było wysoko wchodzić. Blisko do centrum. Sklep obok bramy. Parking na ulicy. Udało nam się zaparkować pod bramą.
