The rooms are clean and modern (thank god, because some places in this part of town can feel stuck in 1985), and honestly, for a 3-star place, the beds are surprisingly comfortable. I’ve stayed in 4-star hotels with worse mattresses, I’m not kidding. The staff actually knows the neighborhood – when I asked about good pierogi nearby, the guy at reception didn’t just point me to the tourist trap around the corner but sent me to this little place locals go to. That kind of insider knowledge is worth its weight in gold when you’re exploring a city like Łódź, which let’s face it, isn’t exactly on every traveler’s radar yet.

The whole Śródmieście district is having this renaissance moment, and you can feel it when you walk around. Old textile factories are becoming lofts and art spaces, there are these fantastic little coffee shops popping up everywhere, and the street art scene is incredible. Staying here puts you right in the middle of all that energy without the chaos of being in the absolute center. Plus – and this is crucial if you’re driving – parking isn’t the nightmare it is closer to the main square. The 9.2 rating this place has? It’s not inflated marketing nonsense. You can tell they’re actually trying to create something special rather than just filling beds. It’s that rare combination of being thoughtfully designed without forgetting that travelers need practical things like decent wifi, hot showers, and staff who care about your experience.

  Bardzo dużym atutem apartamentu jest jego położenie – sąsiedztwo ulicy Piotrkowskiej oraz strefy OFF Piotrkowska – pełnej barów, restauracji oraz obiektów kultury. Apartament jest nowocześnie urządzony, wygodny i cichy. Wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki naprawdę super. Troszkę mylące może być wskazanie w opisie: 1 salon, 1 sypialnia…wskazana powierzchnia apartamentu rozwiewa potencjalne wątpliwości. Szybki i skuteczny kontakt z właścicielem.

  Зручне місце розташування, в самому центрі. Затишний номер із балкончиком. Чисто, зручно, біла постіль , гаряча вода ,рушники, фен. В номері чайник кофеварка , холодильник, посуд. Все гарне, чисте. Фотографії відповідають дійсності.Нам дуже сподобалось. Велике дякую.
