I’ll be honest – when I first booked Sweet Home Piotrkowska Apartment, I wasn’t expecting much from the address on Wschodnia Street. But you know what? The building itself is this lovely restored prewar structure that actually feels like it has some character, not one of those generic glass boxes you see everywhere.

What really struck me was how quiet it is despite being right in Śródmieście. I mean, you’re literally walking distance from all the action on Piotrkowska Street – probably a seven or eight minute stroll – but the apartment sits on this surprisingly peaceful stretch where you can actually sleep with the windows open. The owner clearly knows what they’re doing because every detail feels thought out. The kitchen has proper coffee gear (not just instant packets), there’s decent water pressure in the shower, and honestly, the bed was comfortable enough that I overslept twice. The WiFi actually works throughout the whole space, which… well, if you’ve traveled in Poland, you know that’s not always guaranteed.

Here’s the thing that makes this place special though – it sits right between the trendy part of the city and the more authentic neighborhoods where locals actually hang out. You can grab your morning coffee at one of those hip specialty places near Manufaktura, but you’re also close enough to duck into the smaller cafés where babcias are arguing about politics over tea. There’s a decent grocery store about two blocks away, and parking isn’t the nightmare it usually is in city centers – though I’d still recommend asking about spots beforehand. The trams run frequently from nearby stops, so getting around is pretty straightforward even if you don’t know the city well. I actually ended up extending my stay an extra night because the whole setup just worked. It’s one of those rare places where the 4-star rating feels earned rather than inflated, and that 9-point score from other guests? Yeah, I get it now.

  What could be improved: Very noisy. Every morning 5.30 a.m. coming garbage car and 6.00 a.m coming car for shop and unloads food .It is very terrible .

  Ten days hot water turned off. We asked Magda when caming hot water. She is not reply. She is not the owner of this apartment. For this reason,she doesn't care.

  Very nicely finished and well equipped, new apartment in the town centre. It was quiet despite the central location because it faces the inner courtyard. It was easy to check in and out. Definitely value for money and highly recommend.

  The apartment is equipped with everything you could need. It’s clean, comfortable and pretty quiet. Additionally, it’s in a great location. I absolutely recommend staying here!

  Perfect apartment! It's very clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and decorated. The location is great – it's located right in the city centre, very close to the railway station, in a new building that has a closed perimeter so it's quiet and safe there. Totally recommend!
