The furnishings are comfortable in that lived-in way, and there are enough little touches (decent coffee setup, proper lighting for reading, windows that actually open properly) that you realize someone put real thought into what travelers actually need. The space itself is generous enough that you’re not bumping into your travel companions every five minutes, which honestly can make or break a trip. And the neighborhood – well, it’s got character. You’ll hear some street sounds because it’s a real area where people live and work, but it settles down nicely in the evenings.

The thing that really sealed it for me was the reliability factor. Check-in was straightforward (no standing around wondering if anyone was coming), everything worked as promised, and when I had a quick question about the washing machine, I got a response that was actually helpful instead of just polite. Plus, and this might sound silly, but the shower pressure was legitimately excellent, which after a day of walking around Łódź’s industrial architecture museums (which are way cooler than they sound, by the way) was exactly what I needed.   The access was fast and easy, private parking in the backyard, shops nearby, modern place. Two sofas, a big bathroom, a big table, a big fridge – all great!
  
  What could be improved: There is a washing machine, but no detergent or laundry pods available. I don't think a traveler should be expected to bring their own.
  
  Sleeping on the couch is not very comfortable but it is a matter of taste.
  
  I just remembered: the bathroom door handle is coming off. This needs to be fixed!

  Lovely flat for a short visit, contactless service, good internet, parking inside the complex with gates, it was warm, quiet with no noise from neighbours.
  
  What could be improved: There are some problems with the fridge, it is noisy and creaks at night, it will wake you up. The bed is not very comfortable, the bed linen was not fresh.
  Hang this TV on the wall, as its placement is quite awkward.
