The Baluty area has this nice residential feel where locals actually live, so you’re not dealing with the tourist crowds or late-night party noise you get closer to the city center. Actually, that 9.5 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there – the details matter here, from the Wi-Fi that actually works fast enough for video calls to the shower pressure that doesn’t make you question your life choices.

The location is honestly pretty clever if you think about it. You’re close enough to catch a tram or bus into the main tourist areas – the Manufaktura shopping complex is maybe fifteen minutes away, and getting to the famous street art around the city center is super easy. But at the end of the day, you come back to this peaceful spot where you can actually relax and spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living in a shoebox. I stayed there during a particularly busy weekend in Łódź (some film festival was happening), and while the city center was absolutely packed, this little corner stayed calm and manageable.   Duże mieszkanie, przestrzenne, dobrze wyposażone. Kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem, ekspres do kawy, czajnik do tego herbata z kawą i dodatkami. Regał z książkami dla dzieci, grami. TV z aplikacjami typu Netflix, Youtube itp. Mieszkanko na parterze (z windą). Idealne dla rodziny. Świetna lokalizacja naprzeciwko Manufaktury. Parking, bezpieczne osiedle.

  Цілком задоволені перебуванням в цих апартаментах. Так, трошки дорогувати, але нас було чотири чоловіка, і тому досить комфортно коли є крім вітальної ( великої) є ще дві окремі спальні кімнати. Паркомісце було закріплене за апартаментами, тому з виїздами-заїздами проблем не було. Сама квартира простора, чиста з усім необхідним для проживання. Доречі дуже зручний весь комплекс, він знаходиться через дорогу від торгового центру, але шуму від дороги зовсім не чути. Рекомендую
