  Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann direkt in der Nähe einkaufen. Der Bahnhof Żabieniec ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt die Unterkunft ansprechend.

  – Lattenrost rutscht sehr leicht raus, die Latten liegen nur auf dem Bettgestell auf, nachts beim Schlafen rutscht man plötzlich runter
  – es wurde ein falscher PIN für den Safe geschickt
  – kleinere Schimmelspuren im Bad
  – Renovierungsarbeiten mit Bohren in den Nachbarwohnungen am Vormittag (Privatwohnungen)
  – Staub in den Ecken
  – Heizung im Schlafzimmer leckt

  Bardzo spokojna okolica i spokojne sąsiedztwo.
  
  What could be improved: W ofercie było napisane, że jest w mieszkaniu zmywarka, takiego sprzętu nie ma. Również nie dostałam kodu dostępu do mieszkania zgodnie z umową. Musiałam dzwonić i „wisieć na linii” żeby móc się dostać do obiektu.
  Kolejna kwestia, która moim zdaniem całkowicie przekreśla skorzystanie przeze mnie w przyszłości z noclegi renters jest próba pobrania z mojej karty kwoty 440 zł za pilota od tv, nim jeszcze zostało to dokładnie sprawdzone. Także zrzucenie na mnie odpowiedzialności za roletę (żaluzje), która spadła jest w mojej ocenie nieuczciwe. Roleta spadła sama bo była wetknięta w już wyrobione otwory. Trudno nie odnieść wrażenia, że firma próbuje znaleźć kozła ofiarnego i szuka kogoś ktoś zapłaci za ich fuszerki i zaniedbania. Ogólnie nie polecam.
