The location puts you close enough to Łódź Kaliska station that you can hear the occasional train, but it’s not disruptive – more like a gentle reminder that you’re connected to the rest of Poland. I actually found it kind of comforting.

The thing about staying here is that you’re in a real neighborhood, not some touristy bubble. There’s a small market just down the street where I grabbed coffee and pastries most mornings, and the locals there were surprisingly patient with my terrible Polish. The studio itself has everything you’d expect – decent kitchenette, comfortable bed, and a bathroom that’s small but functional. I mean, you’re not going to throw dinner parties here, but for a solo traveler or couple, it’s perfectly sized. The internet was solid (always a concern when you’re trying to stay connected), and the heating worked well during my October visit when the weather started getting crisp. What impressed me most was how quiet it gets at night – Mickiewicza isn’t exactly a main thoroughfare, so you can actually sleep without earplugs. The check-in process was smooth too, though I’d recommend brushing up on basic Polish or having Google Translate ready since English isn’t always a given. That 8.8 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re getting for the price point – it’s not luxury, but it’s honest, clean, and functional in that no-nonsense way that Polish hospitality does so well.

  Przede wszystkim świetna lokalizacja – rzut beretem do stacji Łódź Kaliska i Atlas Areny, spacerkiem można przejść do Piotrkowskiej, a z balkonu widać ogromny park, idealny do złapania oddechu w otoczeniu zieleni. Mieszkanie piękne, czyste i zadbane, wyposażone we wszystkie sprzęty niezbędne, żeby coś sobie upichcić, więc to olbrzymi plus dla kogoś, kto nie chce cały czas stołować się na mieście 😄 Wygodne łóżko, mały zestaw kosmetyków w łazience, saszetki kawy i herbaty w kuchni oraz smart TV z możliwością zalogowania się na swoje konto na Netlifxie i innych platformach to również dodatki umilające pobyt. Zdecydowanie polecam i jeśli będziemy się wybierać następny raz do Łodzi, to z pewnością ponownie skorzystamy 😊

  Mieszkanie jest przepiękne, nowoczesne i pod wzgledem metrażu wystarczające dla dwóch osób. Bardzo wygodne łóżko.

  Telewizor ze smart TV, wystarczy zalogowac sie na swoje konto na Netflixie lub innym steamingu.
  Łazienka nowoczesna, w duzym prysznicem i pralką.

  Great place if you come for a short stay.

  A pity there was no possibility to watch anything on a TV set that is placed in the apartment. Not even the Polish TV. I have tried to contact anybody from the personnel, but the response came after 12 h. Telling me, I have to have my own Netflix account or other streaming TV to watch anything…
