I particularly valued the focus on soundproofing – Łódź can get animated, especially on weekends when people are traveling to and from Piotrkowska Street, but inside you’d barely notice it.

• Fajne miejsce z super lokalizacją – Aviki1978 from Poland – August 11, 2025 (8/10)

  Apartament w nowym, nowoczesnym budynku z windą, lokalizacja super, blisko do przystanków komunikacji miejskiej, sklepu Biedronka czy Rossman. Dwie sypialnie z dwoma podwójnymi łóżkami, dostawki trochę małe, ale kanapa w salonie też się rozkłada, więc można na niej spać. Duży taras- gdzie można zjeść śniadanie. Ekspres do kawy, zmywarka- to dodatkowe atuty.
  
  What could be improved: niedokładnie posprzątany apartament, w kątach włosy i kurz. kołdry na podwójnych łóżkach bardzo małe- właściwie dla jeden osoby. Wjazd na parking jest tak wąski, że bez asysty nie wjedziesz, a wyjazd jest jeszcze węższy, tak, że nasz samochód ze złożonymi lusterkami ledwo się zmieścił- oczywiście to nie wina właściciela ale lepiej wiedzieć.

  Szczerze polecam to, bardzo przyjemne, eleganckie i spokojne miejsce. Przede wszystkim czyściutkie i wyposażone bez zastrzeżeń. Każdy według swoich preferencji wybrał sobie spanko i wszyscy byli zadowoleni nawet nasz szofer, który niezaryzykował wjazdu swoim długim autem na podziemny parking i był niepocieszony szukając parkingu.(ale to jego problem).Dużym atutem jest taras gdzie wieczorny drink i poranna kawa smakują wyjątkowo.

  What could be improved: Would be good to get directions for arriving in English not just in Polish. Some small details missed: there was no soap in bathroom and salt in the kitchen. But in general everything was good.

  Bardzo się cieszę że wybór padł na to mieszkanie. Jedno z lepszych mieszkań w jakim gościliśmy. Nie było się do czego doczepić i bardzo nam się spodobał duży taras gdzie przyjemnie było sobie posiedzieć. Wyposażenie też nie pozostawiało żadnych zarzutów

  Przepiękne wnętrze po drogim, starannie wykonanym remoncie – wszystko dopracowane w najmniejszym detalu. Nowoczesne, czyste i bardzo komfortowe. Do tego podziemny parking – ogromny plus, zwłaszcza w centrum miasta! Lokalizacja idealna: blisko do Manufaktury i ścisłego centrum, a jednocześnie spokojnie i cicho.
  
  Łóżka mega wygodne – naprawdę można się wyspać. Kontakt z właścicielem na najwyższym poziomie, pełen profesjonalizm i życzliwość. To zdecydowanie najlepsze mieszkanie, w jakim miałem okazję się zatrzymać. Polecam każdemu z czystym sumieniem – rewelacja!
