The location on Słowiańska puts you in this interesting spot where you’re close enough to the city center but tucked away from the main tourist chaos. I mean, you’re not exactly walking distance to Piotrkowska Street, but it’s a quick tram ride and there’s something nice about coming back to a quieter neighborhood after a day of exploring.

What really caught me off guard was how genuinely comfortable everything felt. The rooms have this lived-in quality – not fancy, but thoughtfully put together in a way that makes you feel like you’re staying at a well-organized friend’s place rather than some sterile hotel box. The parking situation is actually a huge plus here (anyone who’s tried to park in central Łódź knows what I’m talking about), and while I couldn’t test out the jacuzzi and sauna during my stay due to the renovations, the staff mentioned they’re really investing in upgrading those facilities. The pool area looked promising too, even though it was out of commission – you could tell they’re taking the renovation seriously rather than just slapping some paint around. The coworking space thing is smart too, honestly – Łódź has this growing digital nomad scene, and having a proper workspace in your hotel just makes sense. I ended up chatting with the front desk about when everything would be back online, and they seemed genuinely excited about the improvements they’re making. The whole vibe is very much “we’re a 3-star place that’s punching above our weight,” and that 9 rating they’ve got isn’t an accident. Small touches matter here – good water pressure, decent coffee in the lobby, staff who actually seem to know the neighborhood and can point you toward the good pierogi places that aren’t just tourist traps. It’s the kind of place where you’d feel totally fine staying for a few days or even a week if you’re doing some extended exploring of the city.

  -czystość , strefa relaksu , balkon , piekarnik , pralka i suszarką na pranie , to że są kapsułki do prania, lokalizacja (jest blisko do przystanków , można dojść do części atrakcji pieszo np. palmiarnia , ulica żywiolow , muzeum kinematografii , czy parki )
  
  What could be improved: takie małe rzeczy typu : tylko jeden mały ręcznik i nie wiadomo czy go dać do rąk czy do stup 😉 (bo nie ma w łazience dywanika ) , mało kawy (3 kapsułki na 2 osoby na 5 dni ) i cukru 😉 , to że suszarka na pranie jest duża i w pokoju zajmuje sporo miejsca ,a jak się już ja rozłoży na balkonie to rozłożonej wnieść się nie da .Duża szafa jest ale co z tego skoro w jednej części jest pościel , i odkurzacz ,a w drugiej mop i krzesła , jak sie wyjmie mop i krzesła to się zyskuje trochę miejsca 😉 .

  Apartament urządzony w nowoczesnym stylu. Jest czysty i przytulny. Podziemny garaż to kolejny atut. Na dachu jest basen i jacuzzi, idealne miejsce do relaksu po ciężkim dniu.W kuchni były wszystkie potrzebne przybory żeby zrobić posiłki. Kontakt z gospodarzem na wysokim poziomie. Gorąco polecam

  1) Location is great – close to the city center, however building is among ruins aside – it doesn't look safe for late walks

  What could be improved: 1) The Noise from the ventilation in the bathroom—which is always working, and you hear it even better in the room!!! It was terrible, and I was not able to sleep normally.
  2) The bed was too short for me
  3) No microwave oven
  4) 2nd day neighbors decided to make BBQ at night and the smoke smell was felt all night 🙂
  5) It's definitely overpriced
