The air conditioning actually works properly, which honestly surprised me given how many places in Łódź still rely on those ancient wall units that sound like dying refrigerators. And that free parking they mention? It’s real, and in this part of the city, that’s basically worth its weight in gold. I watched other guests struggle to find street parking while I just pulled right into the designated spot – felt pretty smug about that, not gonna lie.

What really sold me on this place was the neighborhood vibe. You’re in Baluty, which has this interesting mix of old industrial charm and modern development happening. The building itself is quiet (I was worried about street noise from Drewnowska, but the windows do their job), and there’s this little café about two blocks down that serves the best pierogi I had during my entire stay in Łódź. The kod access system took me a minute to figure out – it’s one of those electronic entry things that makes you feel very modern and secure, though I did have to call the number twice because I’m apparently technologically challenged. The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel, which can be either perfect or slightly awkward depending on what you’re looking for. Honestly, with that 8.9 rating, I expected good things, but this exceeded even those expectations. Sure, it’s a 3-star place, so don’t expect room service or a concierge, but for exploring Manufaktura and the surrounding area – or if you just need a comfortable, well-equipped base in Łódź – this apartment delivers without any pretense.

  What could be improved: Dokładniejsza informacje powinny być już w ofercie:
  – o dojeździe samochodem do obiektu i wskazanej klatki schodowej – numer budynku bez żadnego związku z ulicą, której dotyczy adres! Jeśli jedzie się w pojedynkę samochodem, to na pewno nie trafi się z dojazdem do budynku i wskazanej klatki (a jest ich wiele), wystarczy w Waszej ofercie uprzedzić, że z ulicy Drewnowskiej za budynkiem nr – (nie pamiętam jakim , może trzydzieści ileś) należy skręcić w prawo i następnie za budynkiem skręcić znowu w prawo około 100 m żeby trafić do celu. Nię będę opisywał jak samochodem, a potem od nowa już na pieszo samemu i wreszcie z pomocą miejscowego młodego kierowcy szukaliśmy mojego miejsca parkingowego, oczywiście na pieszo. Kiedy dojechałem tam samochodem miejsce było już zajęte.
  Z Państwa ankiet wynika, że nie macie wyobraźni jakie trudności mogą spotkać Waszego klienta.
  Na wszystkie moje kłopoty była jedna dobra rada właściciela – "na pana telefon przesłałem planik jak wszędzie dotrzeć".

  What could be improved: Nie podobało mi się to że otrzymałam kod wejściowy dopiero po przypomnieniu, a było to długo po godzinie zameldowania. Dodatkowo wcześniej nie powiadomiono mnie o zmianie numeru mieszkania bo wprowadziło mnie w zakłopotanie czy wszystko jest ok.
