  Dobra lokalizacja. Miejsce parkingowe w hali. Łatwe zalogowanie się do obiektu.
  
  What could be improved: Bardzo brudno! Lokal wyglądał jakby był bardzo niestaranie i byle jak posprzątany. Nawet naczynia w kuchni trzeba było wypłukać przed użyciem. Brak zmywarki. W kuchni brakowało podstawowych rzeczy takich jak sól, cukier, itp. Niestety nie polecamy tego miejsca.

  Przejrzysty kontakt z właścicielką i odbiór kluczy. Mieszkanie w nowym bloku, parking podziemny, winda. Mieszkanie przestronne, ładnie zaaranżowane, przytulne. Gorąca woda, wysokie ciśnienie. Wygodna rozkładana sofa. Mieszkanie od wschodu , ciepłe – słońce budzi, ale jak ktoś nie lubi – w oknach ciemne kotary. Sąsiadów w ogóle nie było słychać ani widać. Pod tym względem dało się również wypocząć. Lokalizacja – do Centrum samochodem niedaleko. Duży plus – w bliskim sąsiedztwie sklepy: Stokrotka, Żabka, Netto a nawet Pizza z automatu 🙂
  
  What could be improved: Mieszkanie nie do końca było posprzątane – przydałoby się odkurzenie listew przypodłogowych, pomocnika kuchennego, podłóg i przetarcie ich na mokro. Naczynia i sztućce podobnie – budziły wątpliwość umytych po poprzednich lokatorach. Wymagały umycia przed użyciem. Balkon – niestety mocno zabrudzony odchodami gołębi i piórami, te ptaki to problem tego budynku – fruwają z balkonu na balkon. Brakowało mi też dodatkowych rolek papieru toaletowego, ręcznika kuchennego i większej ilości mydła w łazience. Pierwsze dwie rzeczy musieliśmy dokupić, mydło skończyło się w dniu wyjazdu, które w sumie trwał 3 dni. Kawy, cukru, soli nie było. Herbata słabej jakości i pieprz. Trochę mało. Trochę to wyglądało tak jakby poprzedni lokatorzy zabierali z mieszkania co popadnie i właściciel zaczął wyposażać je w totalne minimum produktów gospodarczych. Plus za kuchenkę mikrofalową – przydatna zwłaszcza na krótki wyjazd.
