The apartments themselves have that clean, minimalist Polish style that’s become pretty popular lately – nothing too fancy, but everything works exactly like it should.

Here’s what I really appreciated: the place has this 9.1 rating that actually makes sense once you’re there. It’s not trying to be some luxury resort (it’s a solid 3-star setup), but the details are spot-on. The kitchenettes are properly equipped – I mean, you can actually cook a real meal, not just heat up instant noodles. The wifi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes like so many places in Łódź, and the beds are firm enough that you don’t wake up feeling like you slept in a hammock. What really sold me though was the location situation – you’re maybe a five-minute walk to all the OFF Piotrkowska action, but when you close the windows at night, it’s genuinely quiet. That’s pretty rare in this part of the city, trust me.

The whole area around Roosevelta has been getting more interesting lately, with some decent coffee spots popping up and the tram connections being way better than they used to be. You know what’s nice? The staff actually seems to live in Łódź – they’ll give you real recommendations instead of just pointing you toward the obvious tourist stuff. I had this conversation with the front desk about where to find proper pierogi, and she sent me to this place on Piotrkowska that locals actually go to. Small thing, but it matters. The only minor downside I’d mention is that if you’re expecting daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel, you might need to adjust expectations – it’s more of an apartment setup where you handle your own basics. But honestly, for the price point and that location between the city center buzz and actual livability, it’s pretty much exactly what you want when you’re spending more than just a weekend in Łódź.

We have been traveling with dog and they also prepared ground for a dog 🤗 apartment is situated closed to Piotrkowska street, lot of groceries and restaurants in few meters, parking maybe 200m and possible breakfast in near restaurant.   Had an amazing stay at this place. Clean, quiet, great facilities and really good bed. Location was perfect, right next to OFF-Pietrowska, the hippest place to eat and drink in Lodz, as well as the main Pietrowska street itself. And it was really quiet, despite being next to these bustling locations, so I did get some quality sleep at this place. For the price, this vastly exceeded my expectations.
  
  What could be improved: Very little to complain about, really. There was some little leakage from the shower stall to the bathroom floor, which meant we had to put a towel on the floor to absorb the water after showering. No big deal, just a friendly heads-up to the owners to maybe fix that before any damage occurs. Otherwise, just great!

  Very well located apartment with lots of amenities, coffee machine, washer/dryer, etc. Very clean and quiet.

  The appartement is extremely well located. it is 1 minute away from the famous Piotrkowska street, so everything you need is easily accessible : food stores (plenty of zabka stores nearby) and especially restaurants. There are many restaurants in the same street and so many restaurant around especially in Piotrkowska street. For someone staying at Lodz for few nights, everyhting you might need is at a walkable distance so you won't really need to use public transporations.
  
  The appartement is very modern and the bed and couch are comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: There is only one thing that I can mention here which is the following : being someone who likes to cook even when travelling for a short period of time, the appartement has got all cooking equipments however there was no cooking oil and no spices.
  Just a tip for someone like me who likes to cook, go to zabka you'll find there an 89ml oliver oil bottle and an all-purpose seasoning (Kucharek) both will cost you less than 4€.

  Great apartment in the city center, well designed and new. Windows overlooking the backyard, so despite being close to OFF Piotrkowska it was quiet. Equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

  This is property is amazing! It deserves a 10. I have also stayed in another property in Lodz and it can not be compared to this one. Design of the apartment is very tasteful, it is very clean, it is in great location (2 min walk to main street, a lot of shops and restaurants around it and big shopping mall). Apartment is brand new.
