I stayed here in July last year, and while everyone else was complaining about the heat, I was actually grateful for that AC they so proudly advertise in the name. The building itself has this interesting fusion of old Łódź architecture with modern touches (hence the “fuzja” I suppose), and the rooms feel more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel. The owners have clearly spent time thinking about what travelers actually need – there’s proper lighting for reading, enough outlets near the bed, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes like some places I could mention.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night, even though you’re right in the heart of everything. The windows do a surprisingly good job of keeping out the street noise, which matters because Piotrkowska can get pretty lively on weekends. Parking was easier than I expected too – there’s usually space on the nearby side streets, though I’d avoid driving there during the Friday evening rush if possible. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward, no lengthy speeches about hotel policies or pushy upsells. Just keys, a genuine smile, and some solid local recommendations that actually turned out to be worth following. For a 3-star place, it punches way above its weight in terms of cleanliness and attention to detail. I mean, you’re not getting marble bathrooms or a concierge service, but everything works well and feels thoughtfully maintained. If you’re planning to explore Łódź’s art scene and want somewhere comfortable to crash that won’t eat your entire travel budget, this place makes a lot of sense.

  The location is good. It is quiet and convenient. It's very close to the city center.

  The apartment was modern and comfortable in the new building. Close to it was a new children playground, a few coffees, the food shop. The rooms were clean, spacious and light. Big bathroom with bath. Quiet neighborhood. I found coffee and sugar, but no salt or pepper in the kitchen. Besides that there were enough things to cook your food. The apartment has the dishwasher with it 's tablets. It was hard to find parking place close to the building, but the owner suggested other place to park. Pleasant hostess.
  
  What could be improved: I missed the chemistry for washing machine. The bed was comfortable, but it made some noise in some movements. Another strange thing was beddings: we were 4, but we got only 2 big beddings. Ok, I can share it with my husband, but for children I prefer separate beddings. The water in bathroom was a bit brown.

  Modern and comfortable apartments. There is an elevator. Balcony to a beautifully furnished courtyard. Street parking, subject to availability.
  
  What could be improved: Few rosettes, they are in inconvenient places. A bit of tension to find a parking spot nearby.

  A very nice apartment in a new apartment complex. The instructions upon arrival were easy to follow, which was a big plus. This apartment exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. It was clean, all necessary utensils and dishes were there. Nothing to complain about.
