The apartments themselves are what you’d expect from a solid 3-star setup. Nothing fancy, but everything works and the space is genuinely useful. I particularly liked having an actual kitchenette because – let’s be real – eating out every meal in Poland can get heavy (all that pierogi adds up). The location puts you close enough to the action but far enough that you’re not dealing with street noise at night. Parking was surprisingly straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in Polish cities will appreciate. The check-in process was pretty smooth, though I’d recommend confirming your arrival time since it’s not your typical 24/7 front desk situation.

Here’s the thing about this area of Łódź – you’re actually in a sweet spot where locals live and work, so you’ll find those little convenience stores and cafes that aren’t trying to impress tourists but just serve good, honest food. The tram connections from this part of Kilińskiego are decent, and honestly, walking to the main attractions is totally doable if you don’t mind a 15-20 minute stroll. The 7.4 rating makes sense to me – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially if I wanted more space than a typical hotel room and didn’t need someone making my bed every day.

  What could be improved: Extremely disappointing – do not recommend.
  
  The apartment was dirty upon arrival, which was already a bad start. On the last day, I lost electricity – and it was clearly not a building-wide issue, as the corridor lights, elevator, and neighbors all had power. I spent 5 hours trying to reach RentPlanet to resolve the problem. They kept promising to call back, but never did. Around 8 PM, I gave up and had to spend the evening in the dark, without any support from them.
  
  The air conditioning didn’t work at all, even during the first two days. The key lockbox is faulty and gets stuck, making it difficult just to enter the apartment.
  
  This was a truly frustrating experience. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a property management company. RentPlanet showed no sense of responsibility or customer care. Avoid if you want a reliable and comfortable stay.

  Świetna lokalizacja i komunikacja, tylko uważaj, gdzie wyrzucasz śmieci. Sąsiedzi z budynku naprzeciwko bloku codziennie kłócą się z firmą budowlaną, która buduje sąsiedni budynek. Z boku i codziennie jakaś kłótnia. Poszedłem wyrzucić śmieci, a oni mnie przeklęli 😅 mas isso não é culpa do anfitrião. Recomendo

  What could be improved: Po znacznej ilości sierści na pomarańczowym narożniku można wnioskować, że przed naszym pobytem w obiekcie znajdował się najprawdopodobniej pies. Łóżko mocno nim śmierdzi co utrudniało funkcjonowanie, drzwi balkonowe musiały być ciągle otwarte bo inaczej nie dało sie wytrzymać. Dla kogoś kto na codzień z racji alergii nie posiada żadnych zwierząt domowych było to naprawdę uciążliwe. Personel również niestety sie nie spisał, ponieważ godzinę po możliwości wejścia do mieszkania nadal nie otrzymaliśmy kodów, musielismy dzwonić i się o nie prosić. Pościel musieliśmy ubrać samodzielnie.

  The apartment was super small, we didn’t realized that the bed was inside a closet and we needed to make the bed. It wasn’t too clean on the ground.
  The only good thing was the bathroom with a very big shower. 1 hand towel in total, 2 shower towels and no towel to put on the floor.
  1 toilet paper roll in total, no tabs for dishwasher, no tabs for washing machine, no coffee machine, no dish soap. Thankfully there is a supermarket just outside the building. It is ok for one night but it is very very small. Very basic. Could be improved.

  Квартира чиста та затишна, повністю всім оснащена, матрас теж дуже порадував, м'який))
  Єдине була плутанина з кодами від зовнішніх дверей комплексу, не підішли.

  What could be improved: Не работал кондиционер. И не работало отопление. В квартире было холодно. Ездили в мае но приходилось спать под одеялом !
  Хозяину невозможно написать или позвонить, номер непосредственно Byking и эту проблему мы не смогли решить !
