What really won me over was how the apartment felt like, well, an actual place someone lives rather than a sterile hotel room. The kitchen setup is surprisingly well-equipped – I’m talking real plates and glasses, not flimsy plastic stuff – and there’s enough counter space to actually prepare a proper meal if you hit up one of the local markets. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly (always my first test), and honestly, the whole place just felt more spacious than most hotel rooms you’d get for the same price. Sure, it’s not luxury – the furnishings are pretty basic and you might hear some street noise if you’re a light sleeper – but there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that doesn’t try to be fancier than it is. The check-in process was smooth enough, though you’ll want to coordinate arrival times since it’s not like a hotel with 24-hour front desk service. I actually appreciated that the building felt like a real residential spot where locals live, not some tourist bubble. You get a genuine sense of what this part of Łódź is actually like, with its mix of students, young professionals, and families just going about their daily lives. For the price point and that 7.9 rating, it’s honestly a solid choice if you want to experience Łódź more like a temporary resident than a typical tourist.

  What could be improved: Połowicznie przygotowanie posłań. Po kontakcie z obsługą we środę w celu uzupelnienia posłań, do soboty ich się nie doczekaliśmy. Brak programów TV z powodu braku kabla antenowego. Błędne hasło wifi.

  Nice apartment, convenient location.It is convenient that there is a washing machine and dryer, lots of useful appliances, a pleasant neighbourhood, and shops nearby.
  
  What could be improved: Terrible communication with guests, or rather, it is almost non-existent. Long waits for responses, impossible to call.
  I couldn't get into the apartment because I didn't have the building code. They gave it to me 1.5 hours after the specified check-in time, and at that point, the apartment was not ready yet and they were still cleaning it.
  There were no bed linens or towels, which were provided to us 4 hours after my complaint.
  Wi-Fi does not work.
  There are only enough kitchen utensils for two people, even though the apartment was booked for four.
  This could be a good option for an overnight stay only after the owners learn to respond quickly to problems, rather than after three hours.

  Piękny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji .
  Duży taras z widokiem na manufakturę i centrum miasta.
  Jedyne minusy to brak dedykowanego miejsca parkingowego- jest duży parking pod galerią , brak zapasowych środków toaletowych i czystosci( worki na śmieci, kostki do zmywarki , papier toaletowy)
