The building sits right on Lutomierska street, and while it’s not the prettiest block in the city, there’s something refreshingly real about it – no tourist traps, just regular Polish life happening around you.

The apartment itself really surprised me. For a 3-star place, it punches way above its weight (that 8.7 rating isn’t just for show). The space is genuinely comfortable, not just Instagram-ready but actually livable. I mean, you’ve got proper kitchen facilities where you can cook real meals, not just reheat leftovers, and the bed was honestly better than some 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at. The Wi-Fi actually works consistently – something you can’t take for granted in older Polish buildings. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night; Lutomierska isn’t a major thoroughfare, so you’re not dealing with constant traffic noise like you would closer to Piotrkowska Street.

Location-wise, here’s the thing – you’re about a 15-minute tram ride from the main tourist areas, but that’s actually perfect if you want to experience Łódź beyond the obvious spots. There’s a decent grocery store just a few blocks down, and honestly, some of the best pierogi I had in the city came from a little place nearby that I never would have found if I’d stayed in the center. The owner (or manager, I’m not sure which) was surprisingly helpful with local recommendations too. If you’re planning to explore the famous Manufaktura or the revitalized downtown area, the public transport connections are solid – though I’d recommend grabbing a city transport app because the schedule signs aren’t always in English. Just know that this isn’t one of those places where you can stumble out the door and immediately find yourself in the thick of things, but for the price point and the genuine local experience, it’s honestly a pretty sweet deal.

  Located in a new apartment building, has a separate bedroom, well-equipped, new apartment, playground for kids next to the building
  
  What could be improved: We had some trouble finding the entrance to the building because the instructions provided indicated the wrong side of the building. There was no toilet paper, the kettle was covered with sediment, and the floor was a bit dirty but otherwise everything was satisfactory.

  What could be improved: Brak suszarki na pranie, brak wycieraczki pod drzwiami, brak ręcznika pod prysznicem, ciężki kontakt z personelem przez SmartChat. Kod od parkingu nie działa.

  What could be improved: Czystość mogłaby być na lepszym poziomie. Na booking informacja o parkingu prywatnym zaś na stronie na którą kieruje agencja po zabookowaniu noclegu wskazuje, iż parking kosztuje 50zl.

  What could be improved: Słaby kontakt w kluczowych momentach pobytu. Przy szukania wjazdu do parkingu i wejścia do obiektu. Uzyskane instrukcje były mylne i pomimo informacji o błędnym kodzie w odpowiedzi dostałam taki sam. Personel telefoniczny z zależności od osoby był w stanie pomoc z problemem z którego chwilę wcześniej nie było możliwości załatwienia.

  Удобное место, очень красиво и уютно в квартире. Много места для размещения вещей, полноценная квартира, чтобы можно было жить всей семьей продолжительное время.
  
  What could be improved: Не было ни туалетной бумаги, ни пакетов для мусора, ни капсул для стиральной и посудомоечной машин, только шампунь . Чай, сахар , соль и т. д. Тоже нет. Для меня это не понятно.

  Mieszkanie w nowoczesnym, wygodnie zaprojektowanym budynku z windą i parkingiem podziemnym. Łatwość odebrania kluczy to jest plus dla tego mieszkznia (skrytka obok drzwi wejściowych). Dla podróżujących samochodem możliwośc skorzystania z płatnego parkingu jest wygodna. W mieszkaniu jest bardzo wygodne łózko z czyściutką pościelą, klimatyzacja i podstawowe sprzęty w kuchni oraz herbata, sól, pieprz. Jest żelazko i deska do prasowania, w łazience pralka z 1-dną kapsułką do prania.
  
  What could be improved: Dla tak nowoczesnego mieszkania przydałaby się suszarka. Dokładność sprzątania zasługuje na uwagę.
