You know what really caught me off guard about Rent-Apart City Center Lodz? Walking up to this place on Wschodnia Street, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from the exterior – it’s got that classic Polish apartment block vibe going on. But once you’re inside, it’s actually a completely different story. The apartments are way more spacious than what you’d typically get in most European city centers, and I mean genuinely spacious, not just “European spacious” where you can barely open your suitcase.

The location is pretty brilliant if you know Łódź at all. You’re right in Śródmieście, which means you can walk to Piotrkowska Street (the main pedestrian drag with all the bars and restaurants) in about ten minutes, but you’re just far enough away that you won’t hear drunk tourists singing at 2 AM. I stayed here during one of those gray November weeks when Łódź gets properly moody, and having a full kitchen was honestly a lifesaver – there’s a Żabka convenience store literally around the corner, and a proper Carrefour about five minutes away if you want to cook something decent. The heating actually works well too, which… well, let’s just say that’s not always guaranteed in Polish rental apartments.

What I really appreciated was how the whole setup feels more like staying in someone’s well-maintained flat rather than a sterile hotel room. The Wi-Fi is solid (I was working remotely part of the time), and the beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night. Parking can be a bit tricky around there – it’s all street parking in that area, and locals know exactly where the free spots are – but honestly, you don’t really need a car in central Łódź anyway. The tram connections are decent, and if you’re exploring the city’s famous murals and converted factories, most of that stuff is walkable from here. I’d definitely stay here again, especially for longer trips where having that extra space and kitchen really makes a difference. It’s not fancy, but it’s exactly what you want when you’re actually living in a place for a few days rather than just passing through.

  Location, only one flight up, kitchen separate from living room, close to train station and attractions, clean, the kitchen was well-enough equipped.

  Location is perfect, apartment was super clean and cozy, also it was great to have free private parking.
  
  What could be improved: No air conditioner and after window is opened – a lot of sound comes in from the street. Also sound isolation could be better – we could clearly hear the neighbors.

  Location is perfect, near to the station and in the very centre. Check-in was easy and smooth.

  Easy check-in/out, there are all the necessary facilities and in very good condition. Central location with lots of restaurants surrounding. Especially want to remark the Stary Mlyn restaurant, they make absolutely crazy things with dumplings (pirogi).

  Easy to access the apartment with codes and keybox. Great location near the city center and parking was available just outside the apartment and garded with a gate, Fresh and modern apartment with a kitchen with gas stove very sweet! The apartment was big so we could stay 2 adults and 4 kids comfortable.

  The property has a fantastic location. I will definitely book here again as there are limited options for families looking for accommodations with 4 beds in 2 rooms. One of the major advantages is the central heating system that allows you to adjust according to the weather.
  
  What could be improved: The curtain in the kitchen did not completely cover the window, making me uncomfortable in the evening.
  The washing machine was out of order, and there was no microwave available.
