Having that guaranteed spot takes away so much stress, particularly if you’re doing a longer stay or arriving late in the evening.

The apartments themselves are spacious – really spacious. We’re talking proper three-room setups with air conditioning that actually works (thank god, because summer in Łódź can get surprisingly muggy). The interiors feel modern without being sterile, if that makes sense. There’s this comfortable, lived-in quality that makes you feel like you’re staying in someone’s well-appointed city flat rather than a generic hotel room. The kitchen is fully equipped too, which I loved because there’s something satisfying about grabbing fresh ingredients from the nearby shops and cooking breakfast while looking out over the Baluty district. Speaking of Baluty – it’s got this interesting mix of old industrial charm and new development that gives you a real sense of how Łódź is evolving.

What really impressed me though was the attention to detail. The Wi-Fi is solid (crucial for me since I work remotely sometimes), the beds are comfortable without being too soft, and the bathrooms have proper water pressure – honestly, you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case in converted buildings. The 9.6 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here; it’s those little things that add up. The check-in process was smooth, the staff actually knew the neighborhood well enough to give decent restaurant recommendations (try the place around the corner on Targowa if you like traditional Polish food), and the whole building feels secure and well-maintained. I stayed during a busy weekend when Manufaktura was packed with events, but the apartment stayed surprisingly quiet – good windows, I suppose. It’s the kind of place where you can genuinely relax after a day of exploring, and that’s rarer than you’d think in city center accommodations.

  The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with great facilities. Its location near the Manufaktura shopping center – about 5 minutes on foot. And the family-friendly atmosphere made it perfect for our needs. Having a parking spot in the garage was incredibly useful, and the self-check-in process was seamless. I had very good communication with the owner, who responded promptly to all my messages. I felt confident that he would provide immediate assistance if needed. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Łódź.
