You know what caught me off guard about Primo II by LookAp? I was expecting another cookie-cutter business hotel when I rolled up to Tramwajowa 17B, but this place actually has some character to it. The building sits right in Śródmieście – honestly, I love how locals just call it the city center because that’s exactly what it feels like. You’re smack in the middle of everything without the tourist trap chaos you get in some European city centers.

The rooms are what I’d call smart-sized rather than cramped, which is refreshing for a 3-star spot. Mine overlooked the tram line (hence the street name, I’m guessing), and yeah, you’ll hear the occasional tram rumble by, but it’s more of a gentle urban lullaby than anything disruptive. The staff clearly knows their stuff – check-in was smooth, and when I mentioned I was looking for good pierogi, the desk clerk didn’t just point me toward some tourist joint but actually sketched out a little map to this family place about six blocks away. That’s the kind of local insight you can’t fake. The whole building has this interesting mix of modern efficiency and old Łódź character – you can tell they renovated thoughtfully instead of just slapping contemporary furniture everywhere and calling it done.

What really sells me on this place, though, is how it sits in the neighborhood. You’ve got Piotrkowska Street close enough for evening walks (that’s Łódź’s main pedestrian strip, by the way – absolutely worth exploring), but you’re tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with weekend party noise. I mean, an 8.7 rating doesn’t happen by accident, and after spending a few days here, I get it. The breakfast spread was surprisingly solid – proper coffee, local bread that actually tasted like something, and they had this honey that I’m pretty sure came from somewhere nearby because it had that distinctive wildflower thing going on. Parking was straightforward too, which honestly makes or breaks a trip when you’re driving through Poland. The whole experience felt like staying somewhere that cares about getting the details right without trying to be something it’s not. If you’re looking for a reliable base in Łódź that won’t break the bank but also won’t make you feel like you’re roughing it, this is your spot.

  Had a washing machine and the location is great. The staff were very helpful (and very quick) if we were not satisfied or had questions/concerns.

  Apartament był czysty i było wszystko o czym było napisane w ofercie. Bardzo dużym plusem jest to, że apartament jest w nowym budynku i klatka schodowa jest bardzo zadbana. Dużym atutem jest bliskość (w tym samym budynku) jest Żabka i Stokrotka oraz Cafe Bar Koleżanki z pysznymi śniadaniami, kawą i ciastem własnego wypieku. Bliskość dworca i komunikacji w każde miejsce Łodzi jest na duży plus. Tylko park w bliskości dworca na dole proponuję omijać górna kładką.
  
  What could be improved: Z kanalizacji w łazience wydziela się nieprzyjemny zapach i szumi wentylacja mechaniczna ale na to wynajmujący nie ma wpływu. Jest niestety uszkodzona i niedopasowana deska WC. Umywalka i kran jest wygodny tylko dla osób wyższych. Niska osoba będzie miała problem z korzystaniem np. dzieci.

  Mieszkanie posiadało wszystko co trzeba, w pełni wyposażone. Blisko przystanek tramwajowy, dosłownie kilka kroków, blisko do centrum. Mieszkanie czyste, łóżko wygodne.
  Bez problemu zmiescilo się dwóch dorosłych z dzieckiem. Spory balkon. Pocelam serdecznie.

  Jest przytulnie, czysto, dom jest nowo wybudowany, w domu znajduje się sklep, kawiarnia, która robi wspaniałą kawę i bardzo smaczne ciasta. Transport jest doskonały, bardzo blisko centrum. Zawsze znaleźliśmy miejsce dla samochodu na publicznym parkingu. Polecam!
