The Netflix thing isn’t just a gimmick thrown in the name; they’ve got a proper setup with a decent-sized TV and reliable internet that actually works for streaming (trust me, I tested it thoroughly one rainy evening). The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel – there’s a proper kitchen where you can make coffee in the morning, which honestly saved me a fortune since Polish coffee shops, while great, can add up quickly.

The neighborhood surprised me too. Sure, Pomorska can get a bit busy during the day with trams clattering by, but it’s not the kind of noise that keeps you up at night. Actually, I found it sort of comforting – very urban and alive without being overwhelming. There’s a small grocery store just down the street that stays open late, and I discovered this little pierogi place around the corner that locals seem to frequent. The building itself is older but well-maintained, and the entrance feels secure without being intimidating. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward waiting around in a lobby situation. What really struck me was the attention to small details: proper blackout curtains (seriously underrated when you’re dealing with jet lag), enough electrical outlets where you actually need them, and towels that don’t feel like sandpaper. The shower has decent water pressure, which after staying in a few budget places around Central Europe, I’ve learned never to take for granted. I did notice the walls aren’t super thick – you might hear neighbors occasionally, but it never felt disruptive. The space itself is clean and functional without trying too hard to be Instagram-worthy, which I actually prefer. It feels genuine, like someone’s actual apartment rather than a sterile hotel room that could be anywhere in the world.

  This property is lovely, clean, and modern. It has everything needed (fully equipped kitchen, good size bathroom, all the beddings and towels are provided). The property has a great location, and it is easy to get to places by car or bus (the bus stop is just outside the property). The host was very helpful.
  
  What could be improved: As we came by car, the parking was tricky. We paid for the parking on the first day. On the second day, we thought we had left the vehicle where the payment wasn't required (P with platny sign wasn't displayed), but we found a parking ticket in the morning. The third night, we managed to park at the property's car park. It is not the owner's fault, just thought I mentioned it for the future for others if they need it.

  The apartment was clean and cosy. The location perfect (the tram station right in fornt of the doors) in center of Lodz. I also appreciated the possibility of parking. The owner was very helpfull and reacted promptly to queries.

  We stayed one night, family of 4 people. Everything was OK. The apartment had all we needed. Location is walking distance to city centre, cca 20min. Apartment is on the ground floor u may here sounds from the streets. Parking for free, no problem to find. Communication with the owner very good, easy, quick. One recommendation – to have some map of the city, or tourist info would be nice. 😉
