  Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji, wykończone w dobrym standardzie, czyste.
  
  What could be improved: Mieszkanie znajduje się w kamienicy o wysokich stropach 3,5m i w momencie wejścia do mieszkania ok. godziny 18:00 było w nim bardzo zimno (15 stopni) i po odkryciu, że NIE MA w nim standardowych źródeł ogrzewania (kaloryferów, podłogowego, gazowego) byłem mocno zaskoczony. Po wykonaniu połączenia na numer kontaktowy, Pani po drugiej stronie wyjaśniła, że mieszkanie ogrzewa się JEDYNIE klimatyzatorem z funkcją grzania, który (uwaga!) zablokowany był na 24 stopniach (nie dało się ustawić więcej) i śmieszna ilość ciepła, którą urządzenie generowało, była szybko pochłaniana przez lodowane ściany. Pani co prawda zaproponowała dowiezienie dodatkowego grzejnika elektrycznego, ale z racji, że tylko w mieszkaniu nocowałem, będąc cały dzień w pracy, postanowiłem przeboleć noce w zimnym pomieszczeniu.

  What could be improved: Ciągle zimno było mimo ustawienia najwyższej temperatury w pomieszczeniu. Stałe 17 stopni, pisaliśmy do właściciela, w szafie miała być farelka jak się okazało – jej nie było. Jakiś czas później podjechała do nas kobieta z niewielkim grzejnikiem który niestety też za dużo nie pomógł. Podłogi były zamiecione, wszystko pod łóżka. Jakieś produkty poprzednich lokatorów wraz z monetami leżały na podłodze.
