What really got me was the view from the main room – you’re looking right out onto the square, and there’s something genuinely pleasant about watching Łódź wake up in the morning with your coffee. The neighborhood has this authentic Polish city vibe that you don’t get in the touristy areas – locals heading to work, older folks sitting on benches, that sort of thing.

Honestly, the location works better than I expected it would. You’re in Śródmieście, which is basically central Łódź, so you can walk to Piotrkowska Street (the main pedestrian drag) in about ten minutes. There’s a decent grocery store just around the corner – I think it was a Żabka or something similar – which saved me multiple trips across town for basics. Parking was… well, it’s city parking, so not amazing but not impossible either. The building itself is pretty quiet, though you’ll hear some street noise during the day since you’re right on the square. Nothing too crazy, just normal city sounds. Check-in was surprisingly smooth – the owner actually met me there and showed me around, which I appreciated since some of these apartment rentals just leave you fumbling with lockboxes.

The thing that really stands out about this place is that it feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile rental unit. There are books on the shelves, decent linens that don’t feel like sandpaper, and the whole space has this comfortable, slightly eclectic vibe. I stayed there for five nights and by the third day, I was genuinely settling in rather than just existing in a hotel room. For three bedrooms in central Łódź, the price point makes sense – you’re getting a lot more space and character than you’d find in a standard hotel for the same money. Sure, it’s not luxury, but it’s solid, comfortable, and the kind of place where you can actually spread out and live a little while you’re exploring the city.

  Serdecznie polecam nocleg pod tym adresem. Warunki dużo lepsze niż na zdjęciach. Idealna lokalizacji z parkingiem i wjazdem bezpośrednio na przeciwko Placu Wolności, ulica Piotrkowska tuż obok. Nam trudność sprawiło wjechanie na obiekt ponieważ nawigacja się gubiła….Ostatecznie wygląda to tak, że jest parking wewnątrz osiedla, brama wjazdowa na przeciwko pomnika ale żeby tam dojechać trzeba jechać pod zakaz wjazdu. Bardzo udany pobyt. Polecam

  Lokalizacja apartamentu jest doskonała, zwłaszcza dla osób mniej mobilnych. W odległości dosłownie kilku kroków znajduje się bardzo przyjemna śniadaniownia, jak również przystanki komunikacji miejskiej. Dla zmotoryzowanych podróżnych dodatkowym atutem będzie miejsce postojowe. Apartament jest komfortowo wyposażony, włącznie z pralką i zmywarką, i naprawdę duży. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.
