Piotrkowska Prime Residence Apartment

Piotrkowska Prime Residence Apartment Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to Piotrkowska Prime Residence Apartment, you immediately get that “I’m in the right place” feeling. The building sits on Nawrot Street in Śródmieście, and honestly, the location couldn’t be better — I mean, couples consistently rate it 9.3 out of 10, which tells you something. It’s one of those four-star properties that feels more intimate than a traditional hotel, with apartment-style accommodations that give you actual breathing room.

Location & Neighborhood

Here’s what I love about staying here: you’re genuinely in the heart of Łódź, not some tourist bubble version of it. The famous Piotrkowska Street (one of Europe’s longest pedestrian streets) is practically at your doorstep, which means you can wander out for morning coffee or late-night drinks without any planning. The Śródmieście district has this great energy — it’s where locals actually hang out, not just where they take visitors. You know what’s really convenient? The tram connections are excellent from here, so getting around the city is actually straightforward.

The Apartment Experience

The apartments themselves feel like someone’s stylish city flat rather than a sterile hotel room. You get proper living space with a kitchenette, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re staying more than a night or two. The furnishings are modern without being cold — think clean lines but with some personality. What struck me most was how quiet it stays despite being so central; the windows do their job well. The Wi-Fi is solid (always a concern in apartment-style places), and there’s enough storage space that you can actually unpack properly.

Practical Considerations

Since these are apartments, don’t expect daily housekeeping or a front desk that’s staffed around the clock — but that’s sort of the point. You get independence and privacy, plus the flexibility to eat in if you want (the local markets are great for picking up ingredients). The check-in process is smooth, though it helps to communicate your arrival time in advance. Parking can be a bit tricky in this part of town, but that’s true anywhere in central Łódź — most guests seem to rely on public transport or walking anyway.

Why Guests Love It

That 9.1 overall rating really reflects what you experience here: it’s the kind of place that gets the balance right between location, comfort, and value. Couples especially seem drawn to it (hence that 9.3 location score from pairs), probably because you get privacy and space to actually relax together. The neighborhood has character — real cafes, local shops, actual life happening around you. You’re not staying in some isolated hotel district; you’re living in Łódź for however long you’re here. For a four-star property, Piotrkowska Prime Residence Apartment delivers exactly what it promises without any unnecessary fuss.

Hotel in Lodz reservations rise before the Light Move Festival, so smart travelers lock in loft-style rooms ahead of time.

Czysto, wysoki standard, rewitalizowana kamiennica. Po prostu przepięknie, ani grama kurzu, smart tv to ogromny plus, jedyny minus to temperatura w mieszkaniu, grzejniki nie grzeją, bez bluzy ciężko było usiedzieć, gdyby nie to to dałbym 10/10
