  Dogodna lokalizacja.
  W mieszkaniu czysto, duża ilość drewna tworzy miły klimat. Ręczniki, żel-szampon oraz mydło zapewnione. Możliwość skorzystania z suszarki bardzo mi się przydała.

  What could be improved: Zamawiając noclegi na booking, nie byłam świadoma dalszej procedury "meldunkowej", wymagającej rezerwacji kaucji oraz przesłania danych osobowych.
  Firma podaje te kryteria wynajmu, jednak nie było to tak oczywiste w chwili zakupu noclegu.

  What could be improved: Wyposażenie kuchni było biedne, narzędzia i naczynia wybrakowane, faktycznie korzystać można było tylko z czajnika i z garnka, gdyż patelnia była obdrapana z teflonu, a piekarnik nie działa.

  Lokalizacja bardzo na plus. Uliczka piękna, cicha, nie było problemu z zaparkowaniem przy ulicy – nie ma parkingu, więc dobrze o tym pamiętać. Mieszkanie i ulica – pomimo lokalizacji w samym centrum – bardzo ciche. Mieszkanie przestronne. W kuchni filtr do wody – ekstra sprawa.

  – mieszkanie składa się de facto z jednego pokoju (plus kuchnia, łazienka i przedpokój), pokój jest duży, ale wszyscy śpią razem – nie jest to wystarczająco widoczne na zdjęciach, a ważne jeśli podróżuje się z dzieckiem,
  – w przedpokoju brak wycieraczki – byliśmy w styczniu i był śnieg, więc robiła się tam kałuża,
  – informacja o kaucji nie jest wystarczająco wyeksponowana,
  – kuchnia dobrze wyposażona w zakresie agd, ale jeśli chodzi o naczynia, garnki, sztućce – bardzo słabo, raczej nie pogotujesz.
  
  Negatywne:
  – potwierdzenie rezerwacji wymaga zaresjestrowania na portalu gospodarza – pierwszy raz się spotkałam z czymś takim na booking,
  – ponadto żeby odebrać klucze – konieczne jest opłacenie kaucji – blokada środków na tydzień,
  – mieszkanie dość brudne – jest wysokie, więc w miejscach które wymagałyby drabiny do sprzątania zbiera się kurz, prysznic wymaga odświeżenia, grzejnik w łazience zakurzony,
  – poza dużymi ręcznikami brak ręcznika do rąk, ścierki w kuchni czy ręczników papierowych.

  The worst experience i have ever had in my life. This company provided a wrong description of the apartment on Booking saying it is a one bedroom apartment with a seperate bedroom. That point was extremely crucial for me as i was travelling with my family. However, it turned out to be one rooom with a double bed and a sofa in one room . When i asked why this happened, at first they admitted their guilt, but later accused me of not knowing how to read and choose apartments. To make the matter worse, This terrible company did not make any compromises and Booking could not help either. One of the member of My family had to sleep on the floor in the " so called' second room. So, i do not recommend dealing with them in any way, although this flat, if correctly described on Booking , is very comfortable.
