The location on Piotrkowska Street is honestly perfect if you want to be in the thick of things without dealing with the chaos of a traditional hotel lobby. You’re literally steps from all those converted factory spaces that make Łódź so interesting, plus the tram runs right down the street if you need to venture further out into the city.

The apartment itself surprised me – it’s got this romantic vibe that doesn’t feel forced or cheesy, which is honestly rare these days. The setup is smart too; you get the independence of having your own space but with thoughtful touches that show someone actually cares about the details. I appreciated being able to make coffee in the morning without having to navigate a hotel breakfast crowd, and the windows face the street so you can people-watch while you’re getting ready for the day. The soundproofing is better than you’d expect for a building on such a busy street – I mean, you’ll hear some nightlife on weekends (it’s Piotrkowska after all), but nothing that kept me awake.

What really sells this place, though, is how it sits in the neighborhood. You’re right in Śródmieście, which means you can walk to Manufaktura if you’re into shopping, but you’re also close to the more authentic bits of the city that most tourists miss. The building feels solid – not like some of those hastily converted spaces you sometimes get in Eastern European cities – and check-in was refreshingly straightforward. Honestly, with a 9.4 rating, I was skeptical it could live up to the hype, but after staying there I get it. It’s one of those places where everything just works the way it should, and in a city like Łódź that’s still finding its tourism groove, that consistency means a lot. The value is excellent too – you’re getting way more space and personality than you’d find at a chain hotel for the same price.

  The apartment was perfect. Newly renovated. In the center of piotrkowska street so you have all essentials, restaurants and shops nearby. The communication with the owner was clear and fast. I would highly recommend staying in their apartment when visiting Lodz.

  The apartment is very nice, modern, clean and has the perfect location on the main street. At the same time, it’s quiet because it’s in an inner court. The bed is comfortable as well as the pillows.
  
  What could be improved: Although the bathroom is modern, it’s not very functional- if you just want to take a shower (not a bath), there’s nowhere to hang the shower and the whole bathroom becomes wet. Plus there’s nowhere to put your cosmetics while taking a shower.

  I really enjoyed my stay here. It's a super apartment in a very pleasant – and very quiet – courtyard off the main street in Lodz. The location couldn't be better, and as someone who enjoys a bath this had one of the best baths I've experienced – a real touch of luxury. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and well-equipped, and the overall experience was great. There are also plenty of shops nearby for stocking up on groceries if you want to self-cater.
  
  What could be improved: It didn't matter to me, as I was only using it to sleep and occasionally eat in, but there's no seating area. Although there are a couple of chairs they're like bar chairs, OK to sit on while eating a meal, but not for relaxing in.
