The building itself is a private townhouse, which means you’re not dealing with the usual hotel crowd or thin walls that plague most apartment stays. The units range from cozy single rooms to proper three-bedroom spreads, so whether you’re solo or traveling with family, there’s something that’ll fit. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – the Baluty area isn’t exactly party central, which works in your favor if you actually want to sleep.

Here’s the thing about this part of Łódź that most visitors don’t realize – you’re positioned perfectly to explore both the revitalized Manufaktura shopping complex (hence the name connection) and the more authentic, less touristy parts of the city. The tram connections from nearby are solid, and you can walk to some genuinely excellent pierogi spots that locals frequent. The 8.9 rating makes sense once you’re there; it’s not trying to be flashy or over-the-top luxurious, but everything just… works.   I loved the good contact with the owner and that there was a "żabka" nearby.
  
  What could be improved: The żabka nearby has a down-side to it – until closure there were lots of loud drunk people in front of the appartment window. Secondly there was a curtain missing – it was very bright at night. The appartment could have been cleaner. Nevertheless – good value for this price. Will probably come back.

  Was clean and parking was in the yard of the appartment- easy to get there, quiet, small grocery shop was next door, no keys needed appartment was locked via code, size of appartment was perfect , very big tv with netflix, air condition
