And honestly, for a 3-star place pulling a 9.5 rating, I was expecting maybe some corner-cutting, but everything from the kitchen setup to the bathroom fixtures feels properly done. The fifth floor height means you’re above most of the street noise, though Łódź isn’t exactly a honking-horns kind of city anyway. If I had to nitpick anything, it’d be that the building entrance is pretty standard – nothing fancy – but once you’re upstairs, it’s a completely different story.

  Naujai pastatytas namas ir tikrai kokybiškai įrengtas butas. Didelis balkonas. Smagu kad buvo vonia.

  Tad teko papildomai susimokėti už mašinos parkinga. Smulkmena, bet nebuvo šiukšlių maišų. Papildoma prisiregistravimo sistema per kurią reikia suvesti visus gyvenančius asmenis vardus ir t.t., kas labai nepatogu tik atvykus. Sunku rasti parkingo vietą tik atvaživaus prie namo, nes įvažiavimas į kiemą su užtvaru. Tad pirma reikia patekti į butą, kad pasiimti pultelį nuo užtvaro. Laukiant svečių reikėtų atsakingiau prasiurbti butą. Balkone galėtų būti staliukas ir kur atsisėsti.
